I got three estimates and he was the only contractor to tell me that we needed permits for both the garage door and work on the porch which he got for us. He was very professional and punctual. He cleaned up every day he was here. It was clear to me that he was very detailed-oriented and took pride in doing a good job. There were a few glitches which he remedied. Mauricio had someone else supply and install the new garage door and they broke a piece of the frame. Mauricio replaced it. We had had a problem with an outdoor gate sticking and, after he replaced it, the new gate stuck but Mauricio came back several days later and fixed it. Services Rendered: Mauricio replaced a garage door and frame, porch posts and rails and an outdoor gate.
