Went well. The technician Gidi some trouble shooting, fixed hinge, track and replaced sensor within an hour. He was very professional and helpful with understanding the problem and the solution. Services Rendered: Bought house. Garage was not working properly. Intermittently sticking and not closing. Hinge also broke.

Called signature Garage Doors & Gate repairs and set up a appointment for a second opinion. They came out (they did reschedule the first appointment saying they had an emergency) and determined that the problem had nothing to do with the expensive control panel, rather it was a part in the arm that need replacement. The total cost was only $195. So pretty amazing considering the first company said it was a $1,100 job! Services Rendered: My driveway gate was not working properly... sometimes it wouldn't work at all, other times the gate closed too hard and would get stuck or alternately bounce back open. I was told by the original installer that I needed a new Control Panel which would cost $1,100
