We had a mishap with our door this evening something snapped and the door was trying to open crooked. In a shock we hurriedly called their number which was posted on our panel (from their last visit in 2020) and Jonathan came over quickly on a weekend nite to assess and fix the issue. Seems like the cable and its seating(?) had been wearing down and decided to crap out (I recall last few months the sound of the door opening sounded really jarring for some reason) He replaced the cable with a new one from his truck and completed all the tasks that come with it, and tested the garage door, it now opens and closes silky smooth. I was so stressed out by this and was afraid that it would involve the hoa to fix the door (which would be a mess and a week or two of waiting I suppose) but Jonathan came quickly and fortunately was fixed professionally by him all clearly communicated to me and relieved my worries. Experienced and professional and courteous. I will use them again anytime for our garage issues. Price was reasonable I'm sure he could have quoted me any price as I was in a desperate bind but they are not about that, but rather helping the community with integrity and the right price. Thanks. - (This was about an issue with a worn down cable and side panel(?) Which has nothing to do with their earlier visit to us in 2020, which involved repairing something else entirely independent. The cable and side panel is of the original builder's)

Called signature Garage Doors & Gate repairs and set up a appointment for a second opinion. They came out (they did reschedule the first appointment saying they had an emergency) and determined that the problem had nothing to do with the expensive control panel, rather it was a part in the arm that need replacement. The total cost was only $195. So pretty amazing considering the first company said it was a $1,100 job! Services Rendered: My driveway gate was not working properly... sometimes it wouldn't work at all, other times the gate closed too hard and would get stuck or alternately bounce back open. I was told by the original installer that I needed a new Control Panel which would cost $1,100
