Google5Zak is very professional and excellent at what he does! This morning around 10:00 am I called him for installing a new garage spring and opener and now less than 3 hours everything is done and working! I cant say enough about him, he is the best.

Google5Pro-Tech, Zak and his crew, came out so quickly when we couldn’t close our rollup door. We wound up needing a new one, but Zak was able to reroute his employees, to come out late to close it for us to make it safe through the night. They then came back and installed a new one and also had to paint it, and did a fantastic job. They were all so nice and so professional and did an excellent job! They should get 10 out of five stars!

Google5Zak is amazing! Our garage door was making loud noises and was not closing properly. I called Zak and he showed up next day, checked everything, figured out what is needed, came back 2 days later with parts and did a phenomenal CLEAN job.

Google5I found Zak on Yelp and contacted him because of his excellent reviews. If anything, the glowing reviews understated how exceptional he is. He arrived at my house five minutes after I reached out to him. I called him because my driveway gate had stopped working. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, then took the time to check the system thoroughly and give me some maintenance tips. While he was there, I asked him to also look at my garage doors, which had been giving me a lot of trouble. Those motors needed to be replaced. He gave me a very reasonable price and came back the next day to do the work. Everything was done on time, on budget, and with the highest quality. I cannot recommend Zak highly enough!

Google5Long time I was looking for professional and reliable company because I had a lot of problems with my two garage doors. I called Amazon and they appointed Pro-Tech Garage Doors & Gates to provide service for me. Respond was very quick and the garage door maintenance was done in very professional manner. Zak is a great master, he is very friendly with clients, and very responsible for his job. I am satisfied with everything Zak has done and next time I will call just this company for garage door services.

He was able to address and fix a complex problem with my garage. He was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. Yelp5Called yesterday to have a burnt out garage door opener replaced and was told they had an opening today, the next day, between 8am-10am. He recommended that I install a belt driven opener and gave me a price certain. Carlos my technician arrived promptly and assessed the situation. He got to work immediately and efficiently installed the new opener. I am so happy with the quietness of the new opener. Two remotes were included as well as a wall mount opener and access to control the opener through an online app (myQ) was totally worth the money to have all replaced and join the current century as far as technology goes. This was the 3rd and most extensive service they have provided and will gladly recommend them to any one. Thank you so much for providing exceptional customer service.

I was worried it would take forever to get someone out on a Saturday, but Travis responded right away to my call & had Carlos get to my house within an hour. It turned out to be a minor repair of a loose wire. All in all it was a painless experience. So happy with the service provided by TEC Services Garage Door Repair. Will definitely use them the next time I have a garage door issue.

Yelp5TEC sent out Daniel to fix my garage door after hours which I truly appreciate and was a total professional in his knowledge of his craft. He replaced my springs, fixed my bent rail, placed door back on track and in alignment and it didn't take him very long. I live in Cal City where it's hard to get any type of craftsman service, so I truly appreciate TEC for coming out and doing an excellent job! I would definitely recommend to anyone needed garage door repair.

Yelp5The technician, Daniel Hubbard, at TEC Services has fixed two of my garage doors. Both times the work needed was beyond the skill set of my trusted handyman, but Daniel is a pro when it comes to all things garage doors, and so within just a few minutes (at different properties) he had them each working perfectly. Not only that, but TEC is reliable, very communicative when they were running late, and their service charge is very reasonable--and most importantly--they are honest! Neither time did they charge me more than their basic service fee despite the fact that I would never have known if more work was needed--that makes this company golden! I most highly recommend them!

Yelp5Carlos from TEC Services came out within a couple of days to give a quote and assessed my garage door that needed replacing. Gave me great advice and was not trying to sell me things I did not need. I was able to get on the schedule for the following week and now my garage door is installed and working as it should with seals around being tight and quiet operation. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!!
