He came on 5/6/16. and it cost me $170 for him to install it. The very next day, rain came in. He has put the repair off for 4 months now, dispite numerous emails & phone calls. I had my elderly mother call for me today and he actually hung up on her. It is my thought that he is mad because in June of 2016 I had the springs on my garage door break. I got another company to do the repair because they were less expensive and honestly why would I hire Mark to do the work if he didn't fix the May 2016 issue? He is very unprofessional, and hanging up on a client is simple rude. Services Rendered: Installation of 16' Storm Shield to keep water out of garage. Installs on floor and garage closes on it to prevent water from seeping in. Water equals ice in winter and is dangerous inside a slick garage floor. It is what he recommended that I do to correct the problem.

Not only is Mark very knowledgeable, but he's also a great person. My elderly mother accidentally ran into our garage door and bent the panels. Mark came out after hours, and made the door look great. While he was finishing up, my mother started to have problems with the heat and began to pass out. Mark was alert enough to notice and caught her before she fell. He stayed with her until she recovered and offered to help repeatedly. He even called and texted to make sure she was ok after the fact. I can't begin to express my gratitude enough. Highly recommended. Services Rendered: Repaired garage door.

I am so glad they could come the same day and do this repair. I am very happy with their work as well. Highly recommend them. Services Rendered: One of my cables was frayed very badly, and 2 of the rollers had come off. I couldn't raise or lower my door at all. They came the same day and installed new cables and new rollers to my old wooden garage door. I am thrilled that I don't have to buy a new door just yet. (My house and garage are about 55 years old.) He inspected the springs and they are Ok for now, having been replaced ??? but they aren't as old as the house anyway.

It went exceedingly well and we were very grateful that he was able to schedule the job the same day. Within a few hours after we called we had a brand new garage door opener. It was also helpful that he explained the advantages of the belt driven style and made that available to us for only $60 more. Finally, since it was outdoors work and cold, it was another plus that he did such a competent job. Services Rendered: My fourteen year old garage door opener stopped operating and we contacted 5 Star Overhead to see if they could come out that same day since it was the weekend before Christmas with inclement weather expected and we did not want to leave the vehicles outside. He replaced the old opener with a belt driven (rather than chain driven opener), checked that it was working properly and removed the old equipment and trash.

I called about 6 pm. he answered and I told him about the problem. He would have come that night if I felt it was needed. He came the next day before noon. He finished in less than an hour. I was very pleased with his service. I used a credit card. The work was done in Louisville at my daughter's house. Services Rendered: He put the door back in level panels, rewound the cable on one side, adjusted the roller off the track, adjusted the other side of the door, and lubricated the entire door. Tested the door's working order.

Everyone was happy. Services Rendered: When the big garage door repair company couldn't come out to fix my garage door, Mark came out the same day. He told me what needed to be done and then did it. He was courteous, reasonably priced and quick.
