Absolutely fantastic experience. Sharon provided great communication and Tom was punctual and professional. He arrived on time and completed the work in the expected amount of time. He took the time to explain everything about our new openers and remotes and gave us some great tips on maintaining our doors for safety and a longer life. He even made some spring adjustments to make the doors open much easier when in manual mode. We are 100% satisfied with the work performed and will certainly call them again for future garage door/opener needs. Highly recommended. It went very well--In the past, I've had larger garage door companies try to pressure sell me a "tune-up" for "only" $1500, saying the door would basically fall off if I did not do it. Afford A Door did what I asked, quickly and efficiently without trying to sell me additional useless services. Services Rendered: The spring on my garage door broke. Because it is a very old door, they had to order new springs, and reconfigure how the springs attached to the door.
