Google5They did a phenomenal job on my install. Very clean and were there when they said they would be, doors were custom order and came in without delay or issue. After about 6 months of opening them frequently they started to get slightly hard to open, (normal for new doors to break in a little). I called and they were there within a week with no questions asked to adjust the springs to make them easier to open. Very professional and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Google5Highly recommend Affordable Overhead Garage door! Locally owned and made me feel like family. My garage door wouldn’t open due to the spring that broke. They sent out a tech the very next day and replaced the broken spring! Justin, the owner, is awesome. Maddy, the receptionist that answered my call and coordinated the tech was fantastic. Buggy was the gentleman that installed the new spring. I will always call them for any service. I’m a customer for life and will refer everyone I know to them

Google5Built a 30x50 steel frame insulated workshop and needed a 16x10 insulated overhead door; simple residential raised panel door, nothing fancy. Ms. Grider whom I spoke with from their office, was extremely helpful and always quick to respond and answer any questions I had. The whole experience was as smooth as can be from A-Z. I had gotten quotes from a few companies-- one supposed reputable firm that came out seemed very puzzled about how to attach a door to steel framing (which I was clear about when first talking with them) and offered up a quote that made it obvious to me they didn't know how or didn't want the job. The couple others seemed to take no issue with it, but had a higher price and were sometimes difficult to contact. When Justin from Affordable Overhead came to measure, he knew exactly how to approach it even despite some clearance issues I had overlooked. The door quality is great. When I compare it to my attached garage door which my home builder used, this one is a Cadillac. Has a very solid feel to it, support struts used on every panel, and is nearly whisper quiet going up and down the track. Everything appears to seal up nicely. All the product tags I discovered said made in USA. No corners cut, couldn't be more pleased with the quality and workmanship. If you have concerns about choosing the most affordable option (which is often valid), this company is one of the few exceptions to the rule in my experience. We could sure use more locally owned contractors that provide quality and on-time service at a fair price.

Google5These guys could not have been better. We called them on short notice when all other companies were putting us off a week or two and they were able to send a crew out at the end of the day. The crew showed up and were able to fix our garage door very quickly. It was bent, off track, had missing braces and the tension spool had come undone. They fixed all issues and connected it back to the opener. The guys were professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. Highly recommend this company and we plan to order a new door from them in the very near future.

Google5If I could rate this company with more than five stars I would. They replaced a 20-year-old opener with a new (manufactured 23 May 2023) LiftMaster 8165W model opener. Their work was extremely professional and courteous. We experienced a minor problem with the opener after a wind storm knocked out power for 24 hours at our location. I called them about it and they set up an appointment that suited our schedule and showed up on time. The owner has been exceptionally responsive to our issues and solved each one. I highly recommend this company and their products.

Google5Josh came to the house. He called when he was 15 minutes out. Very cordial and friendly and knowledgeable. I had a pretty simple fix. He reset the unit for me and oiled the hinges! Plus, I thought it'd be a couple hundred dollars but only cost the service fee. I wish my garage door would break more!

Google5Our garage door broke on a Saturday morning (KY Derby morning -which is pretty much a national holiday for us in KY!). They were very quick to come out. Josh, our technician, was awesome! He quickly made the repair and took the time the adjust and tighten things that should have been done when our door was installed by a different company 2 years ago. Their fees were also very reasonable! Highly recommend this company if you need help with your garage door!
