I called because when I shut door it would go back up. Also to get my keypad usable again. The door has gone back up twice since then! I provided the battery for keypad(9 volt) and the light bulb for opener! I was charged $95.00 for......what? Services Rendered: Maybe adjustment

No nonsense professional service, both from the office and the technician. No upsell, simply evaluated our 14 year old operator and explained the options. I made the decision to have them install a new system rather than spend money to repair the existing system. I had the complete system, including two remotes, keypad, sensors, outside keypad all professionally installed for $375.00. Cleaned up afterwards and took old stuff with him. Services Rendered: 14 year old garage door opener was not working properly. Springs were fine, something happening intermittingly with the motor.

Made the right call! I first called one of the big brands that say they are available all hours... but was frustrated when they told me I had to wait four days to get scheduled, plus got quoted an even higher price than B&J. Called another company too but they never returned my call. Glad I found B&J, as they not only answered my call but sent a technician out to help me right away and had the most reasonable prices. The technician was an expert, timely, efficient, friendly and through -- exactly what I needed. Services Rendered: Needed new springs

everything about the work exceeded my expectations! Services Rendered: the overhead door motor failed suddenly and raising this manually was a little difficult. I had heard of this company and gave them a call. The installation was scheduled for the next day. The tech arrived on the scheduled time, installed the new motor. Once the primary work was finished he went over the rails, greased the rollers and made some adjustments to one of the rails that apparently was twisted so there was some binding in the travel of the door. I ask the cost of what I thought was extra work -- " No, that's just part of our service." i would recommend this company for either new installations or routine maintenance.

I called Gerry for a quote and he called back with some questions. After talking things over, he emailed some ballpark pricing. We settled on a final solution and waited for the doors to ship. Things arrived early, so he called and set up a time for installation. Both doors were installed before the end of the day. Services Rendered: Gerry replaced the old wooden doors with new steel doors & replaced the motors.
