Google1This is by far, the worst company I've ever dealt with. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM, ESPECIALLY THE SALES REP, STEVE HIXENBAUGH...I had 2 new garage door systems installed back in August 2025, to only have continued issues to this day! In August, they had the audacity to bring out 2 garage doors with several dents and/or severe paint scratches. The technician took pictures and was nice enough to point them out to me, and let me know that those specific panels need to be replaced. It took 3 months to get those panels. In October 2025, I reported a new issue where the main garage door was making extremely loud noises, when opening and closing. When I contacted Steve, he said to tell the technician about the issue and they will fix it. When they came and brought the panels and replaced the panels, the noise was still very load. Additionally, they brought multiple panels again that had damage, that needed to be replaced again! When I contacted Steve, he said that a 'Master Technician" will come and visit the issue. This 'master technician' arrived a month later in November 2025, and still COULDN'T fix the loud noise. Btw, this was heavily documented by the technician. I contacted Steve again and he suggested that we replace the entire garage door, AGAIN! The parts arrive in January 2026 and Steve calls and lets me know that they have the parts and are ready to remove the old garage door and replace it with a new one. The technician comes and replaces the old door with the new door and the issue still CONTINUES, with the excessive loud noise. Additionally, one of the panels has several paint scratches and needs to be touched-up, which still hasn't been done by Cunningham as of 2/13/26. This month, Steve threatens me via email that if I do not make a final payment, that he would put a lien on my house. I told him to never contact me again and that I'll call the corporate office. Long story short, the issue was never fixed, I paid the remaining bill (minus a very small discount).. DO NOT WORK WITH CUNNINGHAM DOOR or Steve. They WILL SCREW YOU!!!

Google5I called for garage door repair. Cunningham had service truck there within an hour. The repairman fixed the lift mechanism and adjusted the motor. He completed the job in 45 minutes. Awesome service!

Google5I have used Cunningham for many years. Their Service Tech show up at the scheduled time and seem ti fix issues quickly without any return trips. Excellent Service, Staff and Fast Appointments.

Google5We have used Cunningham Door & Window for decades and we are consistently pleased with their prompt and reasonably priced services. We had a spring break on our garage door one evening and that left the car closed into the garage. The returned the call promptly the next morning and worked us into the schedule. The repair and was courteous and efficient, and the repair cost seem very reasonable.

Google5Cunningham Door & Window did a great job on my garage door repairs. There was a minor scheduling conflict initially, but they handled it professionally and the technician visited promptly. The service was efficient, friendly, and very well done. I really appreciated how quickly everything was resolved. Would definitely recommend Cunningham for any and all garage door needs!

Google5We had two hinges broken on our garage door. We called Cunningham and they sent Kurt out. He was great! Very straightforward and professional. Wonderful service. Quick and efficient. Could not have asked for better. Highly recommend!

Google5The day after Thanksgiving, a garage door spring broke, effectively locking the car in the garage. I called Cunningham Door and the phone was answered on the second ring, and a technician was on site within an hour and a half. The door springs were replaced quickly and expertly in about 45 minutes! Nothing could have worked out better or quicker. If you have any garage door needs, I highly recommend Cunningham Door & Window.

Google1Would give zero stars if I was able to. Keypad did not work. Had a tech come out and replaced the battery. Still wasn’t working properly, called and spoke with Chuck. Explained to him that I was charged $80+ for a tech to change a battery on a keypad and it still does not work properly. I asked for a new keypad. Chuck stated that I would have to pay for it. I said I spent $3,500 on a new garage door with your company and had a faulty keypad and was charged $80+ on service for it and it still doesn’t work and your going to charge me again for a tech to come out and for a $10 keypad. He ended saying we won’t charge you. So I got it replaced. Now my cable on the door snapped and I called yesterday. Chuck answered and said we can send someone out tomorrow morning. I said fine. I received a phone call from Chuck the next morning and said we are not sending someone out to repair because your account has been red flagged for not paying for a keypad replacement. I regret choosing this company for my garage door replacement.

Yelp5Daniel came out to replace the broken spring on our garage door. He was able to come out on the same day that I called, in the afternoon, after completing another appointment. He was very professional and courteous and did a thorough inspection of my door, in addition to replacing the spring. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a new garage door or repair of an existing door. I will be using him again in the future.

Yelp5Initially contacted C&C Overhead Doors to to replace the spring for my garage door. Unfortunately this was not the issue, but Daniel was transparent and was upfront with what the root cause was. I called him one day to see if he could come out and look at the door, the next day he came out and examined the door. After few minutes he identified the issue and the options he suggested to fix the issue. First fix was replace two of the panels in the door. Second fix replace the entire door, tracks, etc. Went with the second fix due to it just made since to pay for a new door then a failing door. Daniel coordinated with me on scheduling the installation and sent one of his guys out, David. David was nice and efficient. He got the whole job done in about 2 1/2 hours. Now the door opens and closes smoothly and it sooooo much quieter than the old 20 year old door. Thank you Daniel and David for the excellent customer service and overall excellent experience.

Yelp5Daniel was amazing. He answered quickly when I called, gave an immediate quote over the phone, set an appointment and was on time for the appointment. His price was extremely fair. I contacted about 8 companies and they wanted to charge for a quote, and woudl take it off the price of the job. Daniel asked questions over the phone, and gave me the amount and did not try to upsell me upon arrival. I will definitely use this company again.

Yelp5I was very pleased with Daniel's work. I met him while he was installing a whole new opener system at my son's home. He did a great job there. I asked him for his number because my opener had been acting up ever since one of the companies at the top of the "recommended" list by Liftmaster and Google really screwed it up. I was so tired of poor workmanship, outrageous prices and the standard upselling routine once they finally arrive. Daniel is extremely skilled and is very reasonable and honest about his fees. The only downside to using Daniel is that after you get over the enjoyment of dealing with him, you might realize as I now do how ripped off you might have been dealing with the names that pay to pop up at the top of your google search. Daniel is my guy now. Do not hesitate to call C and C for any garage door issues.

From the beginning, we felt comfortable with Daniel. He was very professional and HONEST. Daniel helped us in finding the right garage door opener and installed it. I was promptly answered and my information taken. I received a call a short time later and an appointment for the same day was made. The installer Juan arrived right on time, assessed the damage, gave an estimate. He repaired my door, lubed the parts in under 30 minutes. He even helped me setup up our suv garage door opener app. Very professional, friendly, great customer service. I would recommend them anytime.

Yelp5I will be completely honest on this review, i was expecting a manual labor guy who would possibly be over weight, the long beard, hands as hard and rough as sand paper, shirt un-tucked and not presentable for the company. I was very surprised and impressed. Daniel came to my house, clean cut, shirt nice and ironed, clean of any stains. He showed that even if its a blue collar job, you can still make a white collar job. He is the reason why many small companies thrive, its in the small details! he pays attention and it shows. Now on to the service, my garage door was not working properly, he took a look and had us test it, figured out that it just needed a minor adjustment to the motor and with the simple turn of a knob with his tool, the garage was back to working just fine. He did offer to lubricate both doors and install a new track handle, but passed on it, asked him how much for what he did and here is the best part and i quote "for that small adjustment, its not something i feel i cant charge you for that, in the future, here is where you need to adjust" and showed me. I thought that was really amazing, he didnt offer to charge me anything. I still gave him $20 for his gas and because its the right thing to do for his attention to his customer. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM AND WILL DO FROM NOW ON! GO WITH DANIEL!
