Angi5After damaging our garage door last night, I waited until this AM to call Roby’s Door Service, Inc, which was recommended by a reputable contractor in Buckner. When I reached Chuck, he assured me that his company would be out in the afternoon. (The current temps are very cold and we were unable to close our garage.) Phillip & Todd sent a message to let us know when they were on their way to our home. The men provided us with the excellent type of service that we unfortunately seldom see with so many companies today. Both men were so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they went beyond the routine service! They not only made sure the door was operating well again before they left, but they also offered to help me sync the keypad with one of the doors (something the previous owners failed to do and would’ve taken me forever to figure out.) My husband and I highly recommend Roby’s Door Service! They are trustworthy, competent and nice! Services Rendered: They put the roller back into the track and fixed the cable which had been jammed.

Angi5At 7am this morning, I hit the garage so my daughter could go out to the bus stop and BANG! LeftHand spring snapped. WTF?! (Deal with it later...) 9am : Called Mr. Roby. Explained problem, gave address. No problem call as soon as we can be on our way. 10:30am: Mr. Roby called and said a Technician would be there in approx. 30 mins. 10:58am: Mr. Todd (Technician) at front door. 11:28am: Mr. Todd had BOTH SPRINGS REPLACED and Garage operating PERFECTLY. NOW, WITH MY FAMILY'S BUSY SCHEDULE AND THE GARAGE DOOR BEING THE MAIN ENTRY WAY TO OUR HOME. THIS WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! Angi5Same day service, polite techs, reasonable price. I had to leave while they were there so they finished and left the invoice. I called the owner and offered to come to him to pay and he said just mail it. That's easy enough. I know they really fixed the issue because I watched multiple YouTube vids and none of the easy fixes worked. I also like the fact they did not try to upsell me something I did not need. Not sure why these "%" are in my review, I didn't type them. Services Rendered: Rewired one sensor, lubed rollers, and installed new keypad.

Angi1Came on time. Gave as very high estimate for repairing few items only. I went to a different company and got the whole new door with motor and keypad for only a $50 more. Services Rendered: Came for an estimate for a garage door repairs.

Angi5I called this morning with the issue. The Provider showed up mid-day (same-day) as promised. Completed the service in a timely manner. All is good. Services Rendered: Replaced the broken spring and serviced the garage door.

Angi5Service was done within an hour of my call. The technician was courteous, quick and very skillful. This door will need replacing but at no time did they try to push me to make the upgrade. Instead my current door was fixed quickly. I will definitely call them first when we decide to replace the doors. Services Rendered: The panel hinge that connect panels broke. Repaired the panel and reenforced the door. The repairman also repaired the pulley cable.

Angi5Called late afternoon on the 11th. They showed up prmptly at 8AM the next morning as promised and had the door fixed in no time. I was expecting a lot worse from seeing the damage, but was pleasently surprised. Very satisfied. Services Rendered: Garage door cable had fallen off one side and the door appeared to be in very bad shape. Track and roller brackets were bent.

Angi5They responded quickly when I called. Called before showing up. The repairman quickly assessed the problem, told me the options and fixed the problem. Very professional and competent. Door works fine now. I would have liked a lower price cause I'm cheap! Services Rendered: Replaced springs on the rotating bar at the top of the door.

Angi5They were awesome. The guy who came out was awesome too. They came out within three or four hours. The technician who came out was very good. I was watching him and he was incredible. He came out quickly and professionally. He repaired the garage door and he was very friendly. I can’t recommend him high enough. They did a great job. The price was reasonable. I would definitely use their services in the future too. Services Rendered: A–1 Garage Door Service repaired our garage door about four days ago. They replaced some springs that broke.
