It was the first time I visited this store it was very neat,clean and organized.the employees were very helpful and organized and neat in appearance. I drove from nothern KY to pick up our company order everything was ready to go when I arrived,the guys loaded everything and made sure that the order was correct. Revising my review. After contacting Wayne Dalton about a Wayne Dalton garage door that I purchase in February from Lowes, I was informed that the regional installer refused to accept the door. They worked with me and did a great job to find another installer who could install the door. It will be installed tomorrow.

I ordered $6,000.00 garage doors and paid $500.00 to have them shipped to my home. That was six months ago, and I still have not received them. I have had multiple phone conversations with several company reps, each time being lied to, now that I look back. This is a poor operation through and through.
