Google5Michael B. came out fix a cable that rusted out. Asked him to replace both cables, as well as both bottom brackets they attach to. He did an inspection and suggested I replace the top bearings. He did a thorough job and was very knowledgeable. Quick and excellent service.

Google5Aaron the technician was great. Thanks also to Caesar for working with our budget and providing us a cost we could work with. Amazingly prompt service. I called that day and Aaron came out the same day within an hour of my call. The job was done quickly and efficiently. Good warranty. Recommendations were made regarding further preventative maintenance. Overall a great experience.

Google5Aaron did an excellent job fixing our garage door today. He was prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the issue in plain terms, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was operating smoothly before he left. What really stood out was his attention to detail and pride in his work—you can tell he cares about doing the job right. The door is working better than it has in a long time. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aaron to anyone needing garage door service.

Google5My old garage door wouldn't open one day. Got a recommendation from a coworker for A1. Booked online for next day. Very easy. DAMEN SALZMAN was the tech that came out and took a look at it. Damen diagnosed that my 20+ year old opener was on it's way out. After Damen walked me through everything, he quickly got to work on installing a replacement opener. In a matter of hours I had a new opener and my problems were solved. I'm very happy with the work but especially pleased at the timeliness, communication and competence Damen employed. He explained everything and answered all my questions. There was no upselling or pressure, just laying out and stepping me through all my options. The pricing was commensurate with going rates. Great job and thanks so much A1!

Google5My garage door spring broke randomly on a weekend and made the door completely non-functional. I called multiple places around and A1 was the only one who answered my call quick and sent out technician within 24 hours. Our technician, Michael Brania was excellent. He was knowledgeable, polite and very efficient. He helped me pick the correct and cost effective option for replacement. I will highly recommend them!

Google5Mike Brania did a fantastic job of repairing my garage doors. He went out of his way to explain exactly what was needed for repair, and also what should be done for future maintenance, but didn't try to sell any unnecessary parts or service. He notified me when he was coming and was here on time. The job was done in a thorough and timely manner. Overall, I am pleased and impressed with the work Mike did for us! I would highly recommend Mike and A-1, and I will definitely call if/when we need further garage door service.

Google5I’m very impressed with A1 garage service. Their communication was excellent. The technician, Michael, was great to work with. He is knowledgeable and not pushy which we really appreciated. His thoroughness gave us confidence that our old doors would be rescued. But if we change our minds and decide to purchase new doors, the expense of repairs will be credited toward new doors. We’ll ask for Michael again if we need something else done. Thanks A1 for sending us a competent service person.

The company sent me a text with the technician's picture beforehand, which was a great safety feature and made me feel at ease before he even arrived. The technician, Maurice, was incredibly professional and courteous. My old system had me completely confused, but Maurice took the time to explain every single detail of my new system in a way that was easy to understand. He didn't rush through anything and made sure I felt comfortable with the new setup. He even provided a thorough training session on how to use the new system, which was a huge help. The entire process was seamless, and the new system works perfectly. Maurice's expertise and excellent customer service made this a truly positive experience. It was important to us to make sure a small local company got our business, so I simply searched garage installers in Sun Prairie and by luck found DJ. DJ made the whole process very easy--it was handled all by email-he was prompt in his responses, was upfront about what his pricing was and what his availability was. We did order a door through him-and we were able to make the payment for the door online. This was convenient--and not all small businesses offer electronic payments. Again, made it even easier to do business with him! We will certainly be recommending DJ to anyone who is in need of a new garage door.
