Yelp5Very happy. Cold weather broke the pulley cable on our main garage door. The Madison area service providers were booked solid for days out. Immy's answered the phone on the second ring and had my door fixed in a few hours and for a reasonable fee. Very thankful to have this done before temps fall to record lows.

Yelp5I was referred through a facebook post, where I just put it out there for ideas on who could come look at our garage door. It had been shaking pretty violently and getting stuck going up, but no issues closing, other than the shaking. I called late on a Friday and left a message, and was surprised by a call back on a Saturday! The weather was not great, so I said no rush, and we ended up coming up with a time the following week. He called prior to our set time, and let me know he was on his way. He did a great job of letting me know and showing me, what he was seeing wrong. Also, what he was doing to try and correct the issues we were having. He ended up resolving the immediate issue, and my husband and I will be discussing what to do next. I did not feel pressured into buying services, or upgrades. But I felt informed. He was very friendly, didn't talk down to me. Once we figure out if/when we are making the fix to the garage, we will be calling Immy's back to do the work! THANK YOU!
