Rick is GREAT to work with. He is upfront about costs (we had no surprises) and worked closely with us to put together a plan/design that achieved our goals while working within our budget. I wanted to help with some of the work effort to reduce costs, and he helped identify where we could do that. Once work began he was efficient and professional, providing updates along the way regarding progress and any challenges. He even helped with little things like taking in packages and pulling garbage bins in from the road on collection day. When we decided to add in a custom tv to the exterior of the garage, Rick helped us put together a plan to make it happen. My wife and I are thrilled with the outcome and thrilled we decided to work with Rick on the project. Since we finished the job, I've recommended Rick to several friends already. We won't use another contractor in Madison for future work.
