Google1I had this family business out to my house to fix a garage door the came of the track and snapped off the automatic opener. They put it back in the track and made it manual open. They removed the sensors and hid them in the insulation without telling me. When asked where the sensors were, they said I would never use the automatic opener again and so they moved them. They told me I would have to tear down my garage and start over to have the remote garage opener work. My recommendation is to advise employees to refrain from telling customers to tear their garage down, and not to touch things they don't need to touch. Maybe just say, "I am not comfortable doing that for you because..." and fill in the because for the customer. I suspect the issue was a matter of being comfortable, not that it would never work again. This is basic customer service knowledge. I paid another company to come attach the remote opener and it works just fine. I'll be calling them for any future issues.

Google5Our garage door spring broke Sunday. I called Rod Monday morning around 8:00 AM. Raul was here at 12:00 PM and installed a new Spring. They sifted things around in the schedule in order to get me up and running quickly. That is great service!

Highly recommend! Fast and affordable. We also had a new garage door installed. Raul was great. Explained maintenance and the door looks great.
