Extremely un responsive. I had a new garage door installed and while the end product was great, it has no reflection on this business. The business itself was not responsive or communicative nor timely in the original installation. I have since it needed service and I have been waiting over a month for an estimate and reinforcement service to get me through the summer because they said they were months out with receiving product. All the more reason to secure an estimate and place orders so that I don't get my garage door operational after the summer has come and gone. Terrible service.

Ron is the smartest door man on the planet. I have a repair shop that has eight garage doors. For 13 years I tried to buy door openers. Every two years I would call three garage door companies and they would tell me it couldn't be done because of ceiling height and vehicle placement. Mike Rodrigez from fix'm home repair recommended him. He came to my shop and said no problem. I don't know why everyone is saying it can't be done. I now have eight of the most beautiful garage door openers. When they were first installed it almost brought a tear to my eye. THANK YOU RON AND YOUR INSTALLERS. YOU MADE MY LIFE BETTER.

The door broke as we were closing it for the evening, so I called first thing the next morning. I talked about my safety concerns (AKA it falling on animals/small kids) and Ryan and Kyle showed up less than an hour later. They were not only professional, but helped address my concerns before fixing the door. They also took the time to tell me what I might do differently in the future to make sure all is safe without making me feel foolish. I am so impressed with R & R Doors and thank them so much for sending out the A team (Ryan and Kyle) to work on my door! I would highly recommend them. Services Rendered: Our garage door had a bit of emergency. it came off track and then the cable snapped leaving a door crooked and not attached at the ceiling.

This was the company that Costco contracted with for selling their garage doors. The R & R technician who came out to look at the garage seemed great; clearly knew his stuff; and gave me a very reasonable ballpark estimate. He promised to e-mail the detailed estimate within a couple of weeks. I was eager to hire this company and move ahead, but then--nothing! I never received a written estimate. I called the company three or four times over the next three months, trying to get the estimate and schedule service. Each time, the office staff was very apologetic and promised to follow up with the technician. Never heard from them again. Very disappointing. Called the R&R to get a garage door estimate, was advised that a repair might be cheaper. Had Bill at the house two mornings later with the understanding that if repair wasn't worth it an estimate could be given. Bill replaced all the rollers, tighten spring, and added two new struts so that the garage door actually now closes. The service was great, Bill worked efficiently while talking to me about my options. The garage door he was fixing was a bit of a rube goldberg project from the last owner so it is nice to have a solid repair that will last. Services Rendered: repaired older garage door
