PDQ DOORS WEST BATH...7 YEARS LATER and I needed PDQ Door company again! They fixed my issues, fast, polite, (Thanks BONNIE, VANCE, AND RON!!!) and I feel they charge very reasonable rates and I was taken care of professionally! this is the THIRD time I have used this company (the first was to install my doors many years ago, SECOND time they service the garage door , AND THIS TIME THEY DID REPAIR AND REPLACE AND SERVICE. 7 years later and I can still say they are AWESOME!!!!! every PERSON FROM Bonnie, TO Ron, TO Vance WAS PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had a cable failure on my rear door on my enclosed boat ,trailer and called PDQ door and went up the next morning- was in and out in an hour! New cables and coil spring tension adjustment and works better than new! Service like this is almost unheard of this day and they the best at what they do. I recommend them to anyone and family.

We called at 10:30 AM after trying what the manual suggested. The appointment was for 4 PM. Later, they called and they said it would be between 3-5. They arrived not long after 3 and were done by 4. Eric not only changed the broken master link, he adjust the limits and checked both garage doors. In addition, he gave my husband instructions on how to grease our 18 year old door for maximum efficiency. We used them years ago when the other garage door had problems. They were pretty responsive. They of course tried to sell me a whole new door and a new closer but I just had them fix the old one. They were quite willing to do that once I made the decision not to buy a new one. I think they were fine. I've only been using the door for half a day but it seems like they did a good job. They answered all of my communications so I am pretty pleased right now. I had fixed this once before myself so I knew what to look for and what to ask. I would warn that if I hadn't known that I might have ended up spending $1500.00 instead of $300. Services Rendered: PDQ Door just finished a job with me yesterday. They repaired an existing door and garage door closer.

Ron is a very nice man, great to work with and the price was great. He showed up on time to do the estimate and the garage door was installed on the day and time as promised. I was pleased to see that they do replacement windows. I think that I will have them replace the windows in my house. Services Rendered: We had an old garage door that needed to be replaced. It was so bad that we could not pull it down, for fear that it would fall out of it's tracks and drop on our cars - and it was a double sized door, old and heavy, made of wood. I talked to Ron at PDQ, who came out and did the estimate, which was very reasonable, and then we scheduled a time to install a new, lightweight aluminum garage door, which he reccomended. I was gone when they installed it and it was great to come home and have a new garage door that I could lift easily! I took Ron's advice and had new tracks installed. The door lowers and rises smoothly and looks so much nicer! The crew removed the old door and any traces of it.

The crew of 3 showed up as scheduled, they were polite, and efficient. The work included removing existing door with lead paint. They did an extensive area prep and clean up for the lead paint mitigation. When they finished they delivered all of the manuals and inspecting the work showed no issues. They cleaned up, leaving the garage cleaner than when they started. Services Rendered: Purchased two garage doors from Home Depot. PDQ was the installation contractor. The did the site survey immediately after the order was placed and the actual installation when the doors arrived.
