Google5He was knowledgeable and a great problem solver. Turned out I had a mechanical interference problem that was causing more noise than normal squeaking. He fixed it in 10 minutes. Very efficient.

Google5From the time I called for service on our old garage door until the installation of our new door and motor the service we received from PDQ has been outstanding.( I might add that I initially called another local, large company who had previously serviced our old door and was met with difficulty getting them to even schedule a service call.) Although PDQ repaired our old door, we decided to purchase a new one from them due to its age and condition. There was no pressure to sell us a new door or motor. Jessica was very helpful in assisting us in choosing a new door. The estimate was prompt and the price was far below our expectations for that quality door. The door arrived within a few weeks and installation went smoothly. Although one panel was slightly dented (no fault of PDQ) and the hardware was backordered, Jess promptly ordered a new panel and made sure we received the hardware we chose. Within a couple of weeks, the job was complete . Again, very professional installation. We were also given an upgrade in the motor at no extra charge. I would recommend PDQ over all other local companies for outstanding sales and service, and quality products.

Google5Top notch. This is where the phrase "you get what you pay for" comes in. The best doors, the best installers and service. Had three 8x10 doors and openers installed and it came out incredible. Worth what I paid which seemed higher than some of the other places I looked into. But here they return your phone calls and show up when they say they will.

Google5We found their service to be exceptional. We needed servicing on our garage door and called several places that never even responded to our calls. When I called PDQ in Waterville, Diane was very professional and got us an appointment the next day. The man that came (sorry I did not get his name) was very professional as well and did a great job for us.

Google5Back about 3 years ago, I had these people come over to fix our garage doors ... sort of a tune up! The original installation of the doors was about 15 years earlier! Well they suggested new springs and made some adjustments and greased the track (which was never done) and I'm a very happy customer of theirs now! The service was very good and the pricing was even better! Thanks and I highly recommend them!

Google5They were very helpful finding the correct bottom seal for my garage door. Cut me two samples to try. Luckily one worked so went back to get enough for two doors. Gave me a helpful tip to install them. Will certainly go back again.

Yelp5I went out to garage 3 am this morning to leave for work and unfortunately the chain and cables come unraveled. I called at 8 am to see about a timeframe they told me can't guarantee today but they would do their best. 2 pm they arrived and fixed the issue in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and professional, Thank you
