Byron came on time first thing this morning diagnosis a failure in our old system at our home in Winter Harbor. He was right on task and followed a diagnostic trail to find and correct several issues. He checked and lubricated the whole system and tested everything -- and demonstrated what he had done and what he recommends. I had not used PDQ before, but I had asked the office to allow him time to look at two garages close-by at a property I have a contract to purchase, and he tested those systems, took photos, make notes and assured me that PDQ would be in touch as I decide whether to make repairs or purchase new, more efficient, quiet systems. I'm grateful that Byron came on time, knows his work well, and gave my wife and me what we need to move forward. A great young man. We are grateful.

My garage door openers have been acting up for months and it was on my list to fix. Contacted PDQ they sent a guy right out, changed both openers at a more than reasonable price! It would have taken me 2-3 times longer, cost me more and would not work as good wife is happy and that's very important! Thank you for great service!
