Google1I have never been so disappointed with a housing project. We hired Kansas Fencing on recommendation from former employers. We figured something simple and open would be great for our small backyard space. We got under contract for a simple wood and wire fence in April. This is where everything started falling apart. Firstly, we were told that we'd be starting in 4-6 weeks, and we figured it'd be fine. June is getting ready to end and we haven't heard anything. We were really getting frustrated by this point because it's been radio silence to this point. They finally get started right before the 4th... There was some minor confusion about the boundary of the fence, but that was fine, and they fixed the boundary quickly. The real problem came when the actual build started. The wire was stretched badly, warped, not straight and leaving a gap as high as nearly 6 inches to the ground in many places. the corners in particular were bad enough I wouldn't have used this fence for livestock, let alone my actual home. Then there were end points. wire wrapped around the post, no finish on it, no board to cover the wire, just basic wood and wire stapled to it. The horrendous gate they attached to it was worse than highschool shop class. a chain link frame with 4x4 wire very badly stretched over it. Plain 2x6 board for the fence to with gaps at the posts so wide that on several I could put my fingers through them. What makes this truly bad though was the response from the contractor. We had him back out and we're met with passive aggression the whole way. I ask ,"what's the point of a fence that doesn't reach the ground" and "it's supposed to be a thing I can show off for social media, take pictures of etc." and the response was "So you just want us to take it all down then" in an exasperated tone. They came back to work on it later and, while they fixed some things, they made many others worse somehow. I have to work, so I can't be home the whole day while they fix the issues. But on my break, my wife takes a short recording to ask me if the changes were what we wanted. Complaints from the contractor, again, about how "we're going to put him all over the Internet." At least the fence looks better? The wire is now very warped in more places, but at least it tochest the ground now I guess and I suppose the wire doesn't wrap around the posts the way it used to. Small blessings I suppose. At least customer service was on point. I can absolutely give credit for that. If only the same service went as far as the work crews. Showing up without warning, starting work without asking, sarcasm and passive aggression. Genuinely the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working with in my life. All of this is to say two things. First, Do not contract with this company. They don't deserve your business. Second, if the company reads this, review your work standards because businesses don't survive on the kind of effort that was put into this job

Google5They did a wonderful job! Had a large panel fence moved. Was very reasonable price and quality work! The crew was extremely knowledgeable (hard to find these days) and hard working. Couldn't ask for better results. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Google5Best fencing contractor in the area. They install cedar fencing that looks amazing and also vinyl, composite, steel or aluminum. Tri City can put in a fence for your home or business and make it look good too!

Google5I recently had the pleasure of working with Jon. He is very responsive and is great with communication! I saw a Trex Fencing install they did and the fence looks amazing! I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a fence installed!

Google5They put a new vinyl fence in for my back door neighbor, it was installed a bit different than the original, they were kind and fixed my back yard so that my 3 little fur babies couldn't get out and did no charge me. That was above and beyond and for that I appreciate. They could have charged me, but they didn't. They were great to work with, that being said I have also asked for a quote. They did a beautiful job.

Google5We had 340 feet of fence built by this company. They also had to remove the old fence, quite a job. They came back to repair any problems, including falling tree limb repair after bad storm last June, and some boards and posts which did not weather well over the winter. This work was all done under original contract price. Impressed with the workers, especially their lead on our project, Allen.

Google5Spoke with Lora when I needed a rental fence installed. She set me up with an estimate appointment that fit my schedule. Installers were friendly and able to answer any of my questions or concerns. I recommend them whenever someone asks about fencing.
