Google5Professional from beginning to end. Upon meeting, we could tell that Levi has a passion for the craft. Documentation of the space was thorough and scope of work was detailed out in the contact. We appreciated this as it ensured he knew what needed to be done. Given the time crunch with the upcoming holidays and a couple additions to the scope of work, the construction was handled wonderfully by Levi and his crew. Best part was the communication as I live a couple hours away from my Dad/his house. Levi texted, emailed, and provided video of construction status and requests for information. Crews were pleasant, respectful, and efficient! The end result is pure excellence in the craftsmanship and care put into the spaces. I (I’m sure my Dad will as well) highly recommend Pretzer Build for any home renovation one may have.

Google5The Pretzer crew was a joy to work with! Our project wasn’t easy due to time constraints and our distance away, but Levi more than made up for those challenges with constant communication and being accommodating and accountable. They were thorough in the craftsmanship, and checked in regularly for approval. If issues did arise, they were quickly addressed and corrected. The remodeled kitchen, bathrooms, windows and fence turned the house into the perfect home for our needs. We absolutely recommend working with Pretzer Build!

Google5I hired Levi because of his reviews on google, his communication, and completeness on his quote. I hired Levi during the project for additional work because he proved to be incredibly reliable, was fun to work with, and provided great value given his high quality of work. Levi took on a total remodel of a 1 owner 1970’s original. 3000 sqft 5 bed/ 3 bath. He turned our visions into reality. He was so easy to work with that we were able to fine tune our design and ended up with a better product than our original design. On a project this big you expect issues and unexpected costs. When these came up we were able to solve them quickly and move on resulting in a successful completion of this project. I’m going to stop rambling and let the photos speak for themselves. A huge thanks to Levi Pretzer and crew for turning this 1970 house into our home in 2024!!!
