Google5Quentin and Chris from Overhead Door Company in Mankato, MN just left. We had them out to look at a Chamberlain opener that wasn’t working right. (20 years old, but only used maybe 1X weekly). Quentin fixed the issue (misaligned safety “eye”) w/o hesitation. He explained what was wrong, he was doing, and gave us a lesson on “Overhead Door Maintenance 101,” while he was here. We ended up having them inspect/adjust all five of our overhead doors, while he was here. They’ve never run so well! 👍 Polite, professional, and proficient… Quentin took the time to educate us about what he was doing, and left us feeling good about our experience. We will be buying a couple of door openers in the next year or two, and Overhead Door Co. of Mankato, MN will be my first call. Great job, guys!

Google5Couldn’t be happier with the service I received from the Overhead Door Company of Mankato. When the torsion spring on my garage door snapped unexpectedly, I was worried about how long it would take to get it repaired. Fortunately, they were able to come out very quickly, which was such a relief. The technician was prompt, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable.

Google5Excellent service!! I was quoted $1000 to replace a garage door opener so I called over head door company to get a second opinion and they were able to send a tech out in a couple days. The technician replaced a circuit board on my existing unit saving my family $100s and reduced fast, friendly service. You have gained a customer for life Over Head Door👍🏻

Google1Due to an accident, our garage door is split in 2 and I have been dealing with this company for almost 3 months now. They don't return calls and when they do, it's because I sent an email. Very frustrated, especially when I heard good things about the company and they are the ones that put the previous garage door on. Think twice before singing their contract!!

Google5I had a door problem at 10:00 PM. It was as fixed by 9AM the next day. Serviceman was polite and he explained what he fixed and why. Shout out to Judy in the office for listening!

Google1Tech was sent out to my mothers home, got out of the truck and said " I know nothing about these, I don't know why I'm here, we are going to have to work together to figure this out" WHAT?! NOT acceptable. Left, without fixing the issue and did not even explain what the next step was going to be to fix the issue.

Google5My garage door was having issues. I called and worked with someone and got a service call the next day as they were going through my area. They fixed my door and installed the requested keypad. The door works better now than it did when I moved in. Thank you!!
