Google5Had an issue with my garage door where it occasionally would not go up. When they arrived, they were able to diagnose the issue within minutes. They came back later the same day to replace my spring assembly. Great experience working with this company and will use them again if I have any other issues.

Google5Glad they fixed my door under short notice, and quickly too. I couldn't get my car out this morning and needed an emergency call. Reading the reviews made me comfortable to use them, even the bad reviews! No one had a complaint about their actual work, just complaining that they don't answer calls. When he was here with hands full I stalling my new tracks his phone must have rang a hundred times. Lighten up, they call back, and worth the wait as they're cheaper than the rest I've called. Thanks again Jason!

Google1ZERO STAR REVIEW - we do NOT recommend! One of the worst customer service ever experienced. Same issues as others have stated -- rude, unprofessional, unqualified and not forthcoming. Simply sharing information provided by HSA to make sure we are all on the same page was met with incredible rudeness (Jason). Their home office (Adonis) insulted me and hung up on me. I could go on -- bottom line is, per the other negative reviews and our experience, customers are not treated well by this company, especially the home warranty folks. I contacted my rep at HSA and they will assign a different company.
