Great! Dale came to the house right on time. Dismantled the old garage door opener and put in the new unit. He was very friendly and was informative on the features of the new unit. You could tell that he was very experienced at putting in garage door openers in that he never paused or needed to check the directions; just meticulously put the new unit in. When it was completed the unit operated smoothly and very quietly. He even took the old unit parts away. I called Dale's office the next day with a question and Dale promptly returned my phone call. I can't think of how things could have gone smoother. Services Rendered: Replaced old garage door opener with newer model.

Dale showed up prepared with parts and went to work replacing broken parts inside our garage door. He then removed the old garage door opener and installed a new one. He was friendly and knowledgeable about garage doors and openers and offered us advice we'll use in the future. He finished quickly and cleaned up and hauled away the old opener and cardboard box. He went over the warranty for the parts with my husband and explained how to use the new opener along with some does and don'ts. He wrote up the invoice and it was the same as his original quote. Great experience working with Dale. Services Rendered: Dale at Above the Rest is great. We used him at first to fix our garage door and once the cable broke and we knew we only had a few months left on the door, we worked through him to buy and install a new door. I looked at doors from various companies and received estimates from a handful of local suppliers, but Dale described the pros/cons of each door I looked at and in the end, he had the best price on the door we wanted. My door was repaired the same day I called. I explained my situation and he came out later that day. He had installed an opener at my house a few years earlier. He came prepared with the proper parts and tools. He even oil the door and checked it our thoroughly to make sure all parts of the door were in working order. He even fixed the pull rope to remove the door from the opener track so that it would not get tangled on my SUV. Services Rendered: The spring in my large garage door broke. I cannot remember exactly what I paid.

We bought the garage door opener and and instillation though a home improvement store. Dale at Above the Rest called on Monday to schedule an appt and came out on Tuesday to install the opener. He said he would be there by 11:00 a.m. and that it would take about an hour and half. Dave showed up a few minutes early, had the work done in an hour and half, showed us how the door worked and the openers. He helped us set the code and advised us to keep the old sensors, because they were still good and if the new ones ever broke, we would have a replacement. The whole process was easy and quick.
