There's not enough word's to describe how grateful we are for your service. We had a complete garage door installed with an opener. For several years we were told by several companies that an electric opener would not work due to our low ceilings. We tried again this year and called Ganderts. They said they would do all they could to make it possible and thank the Lord they made it possible!! Many thanks to Philip who came and quoted us a price, and Aaron who installed the door. From start to finish we experienced THE BEST!!!! thank you. We couldn't be more pleased.

Gentleman was very nice troubleshooting problem with old liftmaster, part no longer available. Installed new garage door opener, wad very nice to go over use and how to put in new code for outside pad. Have used before and will suggest to others.

Not a good experience. Needed two garage door openers installed. First visit the two techs spent close to an hour looking at the doors, then left saying they couldn't do anything due to needing parts, and they would be back "maybe Thursday". One door had a bad roller and wouldn't open. I remarked that I guess we could just leave the door open until they came back, but they left without removing the roller so the door could be opened. I had to do it myself. Hey kids, thanks for that. I called a couple hours later to get a better estimate than "maybe Thursday". No call back. Few days later they called and said a "supervisor" needed to stop by and determine what was needed to do the job. I reminded her that 2 techs spent nearly an hour examining the doors and asked how could they not know what was needed after that? Apparently the mid 80's install was too ancient for them to process it since it was before they were born. I guess I could understand that. Couldn't really understand how the "supervisor" acted equally mystified. Oh, mid 80's install, what is that? I've never seen that. How does that work? Blah, blah, blah. Utter confusion. Really inspired a lot of confidence that I called the right people for the job (sarcasm). Guy says he will call me back with a new estimate since he now knows what parts are needed. Guess what, no call back. I called a few days later to find out, I mention that he didn't call back like he said he would. She says they were planning on ordering my parts that very day. What???!!!! He didn't call back with a cost estimate! What kind of company orders parts without checking with the customer? It's like a mechanic doing thousands of dollars of work on your car without checking with you first. Smh...... She seemed so surprised when I told her to forget about the whole thing. Seriously? Lol. Anyway, a total fiasco from start to finish. I ended up taking some time, applying myself, and I did it all myself, with a minor assist from a friend. He helped a little, but I could have done it myself . Saved probably around $1,500. That's a guess because......well I mentioned that already. Oh well, I'll mention it again. They didn't call with a revised estimate after saying they would. I'm a one strike and you're out kind of person. Next time, if I can't or don't want to do it, I'll call another company.

Showed up and also complained about the work needed. Promised an estimate via email that never came in. When I called to find out what the delay was all about I was promised it would be done that evening. Never heard back. Again, like my other review with another competitor; stop wasting potential customers and employees time.

Had them out today to fix our door. 5 stars truly isn't enough. Excellent customer service and fixed our door very quickly. We will definitely call them again for any other problems that may occur. Thank you so much for everything

This company is great. I called for what I thought to be a major problem involving a lot of work. Then once they arrived and figured out the problem they were able to fix it quickly and a lot cheaper.

Gandert arrived punctually and removed and replaced our two car garage door all in one day, hooking it up to the existing garage door opener. This was the second garage door that I have had Gandert install. I used them for the repalcment due to their price and service, as I was very happy with the original install several years earlier.
