I replaced the spring on my garage door about a week ago it worked fine for a couple of times but then it just gave up. I was looking for a local contractor and called Ohio Door & Sash. They told me they didn't do garage doors but they gave me a number for Dave Hill at Hill's Helping Hand (419) 631-2777. I called and left a message. Dave got back to me quickly. I explained what was going on. He told me he was backed up until the middle of next week. However, since I told him about installing the door spring myself he offered step-by-step instructions on how to correct my problem and they worked great.
