I called and sent pictures of the garage door issues. Homer reaponded with a vey reasonable cost estimate. He was at the house within an hour. Friendly, courteous and reasonable. I highly recommend him.

Absolutely fantastic and quality service. Homer was very respectful and thoughtful when it came to doing service for the garage door. I was worried as I never had issues before, so I did not know the usual price range. However, the pricing was very reasonable and affordable, especially for the damages that had to be fixed. Would recommend!

I called yesterday, mid-day and quickly received an extremely reasonable quote to reset a garage door on a rental property all the way over on South Padre Island! They were able to go and fix it the next day and sent me a video since I was not able to be present. Super reasonable and responsible! Thank you!!

I had a panel on my garage bent by something in a crazy wind storm. Homers took care of my garage. They fixed it up and put a new panel on. Good as new.

Mr. Homer arrived promptly and got right to work… The installation was completed in less than 30 minutes…. Then Mr. Homer noticed that the opener was not pulling as efficiently as it should… so he adjusted it at no additional cost…. 😊… He is a very polite and respectful young man… I would recommend him to anyone…. Outstanding. Prompt. Courteous. Efficient. Really nice man. Answered phone on a holiday when no one else did. Came out to service door immediately. Got me out of a bind with my car stuck in garage for long weekend. Very reasonable price too, did not gouge me for holiday work. I would recommend and use again for sure. Services Rendered: Repaired garage door tracks. Reinstalled loose panels.

I strongly urge anyone who needs responsive, reliable and respectful service to AVOID Homer's Garage Door Services. TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS. It could save you a lot of time, trouble and money. Homer was at my home 01/02/2019 and, after acknowledging the work was not completed, agreed to return that same afternoon to complete the job. He did, however, ask to be paid up front, and he assured me he would take care of the installation. I agreed to pay him because I trusted him. One week later, my garage door opener is STILL not completely installed. Homer continues to ignore my calls/texts. But, he does have my money in his pocket. Paid in full. While Homer may quickly respond to your initial phone calls (and even more quickly take your money), he will NOT provide any additional follow up customer service. If you need him to get back out to your home for follow up work, expect your calls and texts to be flatly ignored. Here is where Homer's ability to be "responsive" will test your patience. He acts like a child ignoring an adult when confronted with a tough question. He will simply ignore you. His actions are not those of a responsible business person. Don't expect Homer to be "reliable." He might text you things like "I will call you later, " or "I'll be there after 3 p.m." or "I have a family emergency" or "I am in a meeting" just to avoid speaking with you. But, he will NOT call back. If there were a true emergency or meeting, he would call back and explain, as any responsible adult would do. Again, these are not the actions of a responsible business person. As for being "respectful", anyone who treats paying customers in this manner is clearly a person who does not respect simple human decencies. Is it really that difficult to simply return a call and provide an honest answer? If he does not respect the customer, what does that say about the work he is doing in your home? I did text him to let Homer to give him one last chance to make good on his word. He again FAILED and ignored my request. Therefore, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau regarding this incident. I know he will again ignore this and see it as a small nuisance and not respond to the BBB much the way he has ignored me. However, I ask that you too not be a victim to Homer and his antics. If you have received this kind of customer service from him, let people know. Spread the word, as I am and will continue to do. Or better yet, just AVOID Homer's Garage Door Service completely. There are plenty of other installers in the RGV who will get it done right, professionally, responsibly, and respectfully. Services Rendered: Install a new garage door opener.
