I have used this firm to do repairs and door opener replacement prior to this service and they have always been very responsive and did a nice job. I selected them over a competitor because they took care of getting the permit and making sure the work was done up to code. There was some difficulty in getting the permit but they took care of everything. The other guy expected me to take care of the permit. The permitting required some extra work be done but what it difference it made. My new door and the extra details that were required look great. I now I have nice looking, very strong garage door. Scott is the person who came in. He is wonderful, he knows his business very well, thorough, quick and he resolves the problem. I'm very happy with the service. Services Rendered: A month ago they install a new garage door. They came in today to check because the door is making some noise. He identified where the noise is coming from, upon checking the home owner association painted the door and the paint is still sticky that caused noise on the garage door.

I called in the morning and they were able to schedule someone out the same day. As this was causing a problem with having to keep the car outside, this was especially good for us. The technician, Rick, arrived at 2:30 PM and went right to work. He had all the parts he needed and replaced the springs and did minor servicing of the hinges and door. He was quick, friendly and very professional. I had my springs replaced 5 years ago by this same company and that is why I was glad they were still on Angie's List with an ! rating, as I wanted to use them ago. Company committed to a service call next day between 1-3PM. Appointment was missed, and tech called at 330 to say he would arrive by 4PM. I asked to reschedule and the tech stated I would have to call the office, that he could not help me. Poor customer service, would not call again. Services Rendered: Garage door spring replacement

I've been using this company for years. Very prompt and professional with fair pricing. I was provided a two-hour window for the tech to arrive and later received a call from the tech (Steve) on the exact time he would be arriving. Steve went above and beyond by lubing all of my hinges and rollers and even took apart and lubed the motor assembly when he heard a noise he didn't like. He took time to explain proper maintenance of my garage door and there was absolutely no pressure to buy replacement parts that I didn't need. Services Rendered: Broken garage door spring.
