We needed our garage door repaired. Steve cae out to look at it, ordered the parts and got the ball rolling. Nice man, professional and helpful. This morning, Nick and Dakota came to make the repair. They were nice young men, neat and professional. They made the repair efficiently and were very cordial and polite. I'm keeping their card for the future, and so I can recommend them to anyone who needs doors!!! Great customer service!

The Door Guy went out of his way to find a creative solution to fix our screen door, which they don't normally work on. He also braced our garage door and changed a locking mechanism. They were up front about the charges when we first called, and then Dakota kept us up to date at every stage in the process. We will absolutely use them in the future, and recommend them highly!

The Door Guys provided an outside the box solution for a unique situation. They provided a cost effective solution for my garage door which saved me money and still looks professional. They were up front about the trip charge.

We have never had such an unfriendly rude service person in our home. The door repair was way overpriced and then a trip charge of $70 was added and we aren't that far from their shop. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out to have a garage door open installed. Once the Tech arrived he stated the price I was quoted by the" answering service" was incorrect and wanted $125 more than the quoted price. This put them about $80 higher than the competitors quote. I told the tech since he was there I would agree to pay the competitors rate if they would match it since we both had busy schedules and he was there. He stated nope we only have one rate and that is it. I declined service and have arranged for the other company to complete the install. Be cautious of their "answering service" which supposedly quotes out of a book?

Even though the company did not carry the brand of door opener we requested, we went ahead and allowed them to install "what they had". The opener works, but the wall-mounted opener died within 3 months of installation. Still under warranty, they replaced it with an opener that was less than what came with the unit, because "that was what they had". We were charged $95.00!! presumable a trip charge. This is absolutely not OK with us, and we won't be calling them again.

Beware of hidden "trip charges". He charged me $60 just to drive to my business in Ashland, (from Talent) - then $45 for weatherstripping and an additional $90 in labor and the work wasn't even satisfactory. Rip off and a jerk to deal with! Stay AWAY!

Hooray for excellent, efficient, cost effective and courteous service. After working with a contractor to replace a sliding glass door for two months and getting nowhere, we were referred to The Door Guy. Chase showed up the same day and fixed the door we were told needed to be replaced, and he also fixed two cabinet doors that didn't stay shut. He saved us over a thousand dollars. We couldn't be happier! We highly recommend them
