Google5Was here to work within the stated time. Was efficient. Listened well to our requests for work required. Pleasant manner. He effectively adjusted front door (works excellent now) . We also added new door adjustment to door into Laundry room. Now closes smoothly& snuggly. Quickly evaluated and corrected the concerns that were under warranty. Google5The Door Guy was at my house yesterday. Dakota, the technician, worked on five doors that had problems. We have a lot of complicated doors and Dakota correctly identified what was causing the problems and made repairs that corrected the problems - that is, he implemented long term solutions and not temporary fixes that would require attention in six months. This the third time I've used the door guy and I'm a very satisfied customer.

Google3I was surprised at how high the price of replacing 2 rollers was... $250. It seemed high. I also saw the repairman scratch my floor as he attempted to turn the door over ( which he had taken off & brought inside my house. I would like compensation for this...

Google5I am a construction worker and my wife and I are big DIY(ers). The other night we get home from a long weekend out of town, and our garage door spring snapped, out of nowhere. After talking to some co-workers and friends we decided to pay a company to come out. Dakota sent an estimate hours after I sent some pictures and decided to go with THE DOOR GUY. I am so glad we did. The professionalism was on point. The technician that met my wife was great. He went over and above and made sure everything was working properly. It looks like they gave the whole door a service. Top notch, professional, fairly priced , 5star!
