Does not stand behind the products they distribute. After 3 weeks of calling, speaking to and trying to get a warranty service call on a window I can say with certainty DO NOT use this company. The basics of customer service timelines and responsiveness are not qualities this company posses. Redwood Windows and Glass or Bills Window & Glass both have parts and glass replacement and both customer service oriented. Or for distribution go through Fields and you'll have a completely different experience.

Things that went well...The correct doors and windows that we got were great! Things that didn't go well...They ordered the wrong sized interior doors as well as drilling the bore which we specifically said "no bore". How this played out...we came into his showroom with our full sized plans in hand. Mark (the man at Lee's Doors), laid them out on his counter and took notes directly from the plans, which included a specific door schedule. Sizes, swing, and composition were all there. He is the door expert (so he says). I am not. (I work in the medical field). We are building a simple shop. Mark (the gentleman who was helping us) took all the notes and then we (my husband, dad, myself and Mark) walked around their showroom and we showed him the antique style of door knobs that we would be using on the interior doors. We told him that's why we needed them "No bore" and Mark said, "No problem." A week or so later we got the quote and it was about what we were expecting price wise. Mark seemed to have it all under control and appeared to know what he was talking about, so we said to go ahead and signed off on the order (which had a list of specs that were a foreign language to us, but were taken off the plans by someone who is an "expert"). A month or so down the road, he said the doors were in. (We weren't ready for them as we hit some snags during construction so they stored them in their warehouse). When we finally made it down to look at them, there were bore holes. "That's what you ordered." Nope. We specifically said no bore holes. Well, Mark had put into the list of specs "Single bore (lock set only)". So, two new doors had to be ordered. Things happen, I get it. We moved on and new doors were ordered. New doors arrived and we went and made sure there were no bore holes. To our relief, no bore holes. We're golden...so we thought. Fast forward another month or so to today. Finally ready for install. Our contractor goes to install the doors...wrong size! We look at the plans and double check our opening. Those are correct. Then, we measure the doors that Mark ordered...wrong size! We go back into his original order (the one with the foreign language to us) and see that he entered the wrong sizes, even though the correct sizes are on the plans. "Call Out Height 6/8, Call Out Width 3/0." I'm a paramedic. No idea what a call out is. In our plans it says "Door Size" D3 2'-10" x 6'-8" and D4 2'-6" x 6'-8". That makes sense to me. Looking back, he entered them wrong from the beginning and I didn't notice it because I am not a door expert, maybe a novice at best. Again, mistakes happen...I get it...but why this review needed to written: My husband went down to talk to Mark (again!) and said the doors were the wrong size. My husband was met with the response of,"Well you signed off on it." And that wasn't even the worst part! He then went on to blame my husband for all of it saying we never brought in the plans, only numbers and he ordered exactly what we told him the numbers were. TOTAL LIE!!! I was standing right there as he transcribed onto his note pad from our rolled up, full sized plans. (It took up his entire little counter.) So, now we are being called liars and blame is being placed onto us for ordering the wrong doors. My husband lost his cool and said some not so favorable things after Mark came at him verbally in the showroom. (For the record, I'm not proud that my husband responded back the way he did.) When I take in written plans to an "expert" to order doors, I expect them to be done correctly. I looked at the picture of the door and said that was the correct door. I expect him to take the numbers and plug them in to make sure they are correct. Just as I don't expect a untrained medical person to verify an infusion I am going to give them. That is my responsibility. That is the field which I am an expert in. And if I give the wrong infusion, I don't turn around and say,"Well, I told you I was giving you that medication and you didn't tell me that the dose was wrong in the chart even though you read the chart and didn't understand half of what it said. Not my problem." That is essentially what Mark did to us. I am just floored at the lack of attention to detail over the past few months with Mark and Lee's Doors. It has turned into a nightmare. This was not a big order. 2 interior door, a front door and 2 bifold doors. I now understand why our contractor said he NEVER uses Lee's Doors for anything. Wish we had know that before we placed our order. I understand some people have had great experiences with this business, but we most certainly did not. If you do end up using them...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not trust that what they put in the order is correct and have someone who understands how doors are ordered, double check what they are ordering.

I will write you your first Yelp Review. Small local business. We recently had this company replace an exterior door. They were efficient, friendly, and on-time. Work and product were good. The man who came out to our home to do the estimate and the work was clean, friendly, and personable. Thanks
