Google5I had a power outage at my house, and my garage door quit working. I contacted Elite and they came out to service the garage door the same day. They investigated the issue and provided options to fix the garage door. The garage door was fixed within a few hours. I would definitely use their service again. Very professional and know how to maintain the garage doors.

Google1Chad came out the day before Thanksgiving and he has a my Apollo actuator since. He did answer the phone a couple of months ago, stating it is fixed and has been in the trunk of his car. Schedule an appointment for Monday in May. Chad was a No-Show. after repeated phone calls and texts and messages on instagram. No answer. Now the mailbox is full. Do no use this company.

Google5This company deserves an A or 10 in Professionalism, Customer Service and Knowledge. Chad gave me a great customer experience, he was so polite and I really felt appreciated for choosing this business. I guess it's fair to say Elite Garage & Gate Repair Co gained a customer for life.

Google5The spring on my garage door broke two days before the MLk Holiday. That evening, I called several businesses, but most of them were booked for the next five days or they didn't return my call after leaving a message. Fortunately that Monday, I was able to get ahold of Elite Garage Door to come out on the holiday. The repairman request me to take a picture of the inside of my garage door and send it to him. He said that he was in Nashville at that time and that he had to stop by the shop and get the parts and that he would be there that afternoon. I really appreciate his promptness and dedication that the technician displayed. The price was more than fair and reasonable. Chad, also gave me some tips on how to maintenance my door and some programming setting on my garage door opener. Thanks Chad.

Google5Everyone had been saying we needed new garage doors. Not only did Chad come in and service our garage doors within an hour of the call, but he also educated us and assured that we had doors and motors to last at least 15 to 20 more years! Be sure to call Chad for all your needs! Great character, customer service and all!

Google5Chad did a fantastic job. He came over our home at night on short notice. He got to work right away and he fixed the parts that were bent instead of charging us extra money for new parts. He was cordial and professional. He went above and beyond what was required for the work. Our garage door is working better than before!! We recommend Chad and his company.
