Google2Although I am pleased with how our custom garage door turned out, the level of professionalism is sub par. It took almost two months to get the door installed. I only had to pay half up front, but I paid the full price based on his professional etiquette. Bad bad idea.. I had to keep reaching out to stay abreast and most of the time without response. I must say that I am glad that the job is complete but I will not be using this services again!!!!!! Timely response is definitely not in their reputation.

Google1I have been a loyal customer of Superior Garage Door and have greatly appreciated Shane's expertise for over 13 years. His service has always been reliable, and his pricing seemed fair until a recent experience. On this occasion, the issue with my garage door was quite minor—it involved re-securing a sensor that had become dislodged—a task that took mere seconds. While I understand that all work merits compensation, the charge of $109 for a task of such brevity of less than 10 seconds and simplicity felt disproportionate. Despite a conversation about this, the full charge remained. Given my lengthy history with this business and the nature of the task, I was hoping for a more understanding approach. What adds to my disappointment is the fact that, despite friends suggesting alternative providers who offer quicker service at less than half the cost, I chose to remain loyal to Shane. I valued the established relationship and his past work, trusting that loyalty reciprocates fair treatment. However, given this recent experience, I have decided to no longer use Superior Garage Door. Instead, I will be turning to and recommending the service providers my friends have used for years. They have consistently received the same level of customer service I value, but at much more affordable pricing. Superior Garage Door is known for its quality service, which is why I felt comfortable addressing this. I hope my feedback encourages a review of such policies for loyal customers in the future, enhancing the customer experience even further. Thank you.

Google4No other company could fix my garage door. Superior did it! They responded to my call promptly and fixed the door in no time. They were punctual and courteous! I would recommend Superior for all garage door problems.

BBB5Shane came out on a service call from ****************************. He arrived only 2 hours after I inniated the work order. He corrected the issue in less that a half hour and left me with advice on how I can extend the life of my garage door system. He didn't up-charge me or attempt to repair items that did not need repair. He resolved the issue and asked if I needed anything else. Good and honest work. I would use him again.
