He explained all elements of using and maintaining our new garage door. He was very pleasant and responded to our phone calls in a prompt and timely manner. Google5I've known Chris, owner of Superior Garage Doors, FOREVER!!! And, during this time, I've had him service my garage door once every Fall (Preventative Maintenance!). I'm writing him a recommendation here because I want EVERYONE, as many people as possible, to know...1st of all...what a genuinely nice guy he is! Most of all, homeowners in need of am incredible, knowledgeable & amazing garage door specialist need to call Chris, & I guarantee you'll be glad you did!!! Google5Chris knows garage/shop/RV doors! He came out, evaluated what was needed and discussed with me. A defect he noted, we discussed, and I was able to address saving me money. He also noted that power outlets would have to be installed in certain locations by an electrician. Chris gave me options for cost consideration. I had three doors I needed openers for. He sent me the quote a few days later, as doors were non standard. I accepted all installs because I knew his pricing was good. Chris arrived on time and was really nice. He was very patient with my questions, and completed faster than I expected. Chris did the job for the quote, no extra costs. I am extremely happy with the results.

Google5I had a different company install my door, but the door never felt like it worked properly, at opening and closing it would bind up and pop everywhere, anyway it was a disaster. Superior doors came out and fixed it and did not bill me an arm and a leg like i got billed for the install by the other company.

He did a great job replacing an old unit, including correcting several issues with the prior setup. The garage door used to be incredibly loud when opening and it didn’t need to be! Google5Had Superior Garage Doors install a new opener and adjust the door. Really pleased with the opener, and my door now moves smoothly and quietly. A vast improvement. Excellent service and great follow up. When the time comes to replace the other door, I’m definitely calling Superior. They were fast, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend.

Yelp5A spring broke on our roll up garage door Wednesday afternoon. I called 3 places that came up as recommendations from Google. Of the 3 two of them couldn't reach their tech to find out how soon they could be there and the third couldn't come out for 3 weeks. That's when I turned to Facebook and got many recommendations for Superior Garage Door. Chris answered my call right away and committed to come out the next morning before we were scheduled to leave town for a long weekend. We didn't want to leave everyone else in the house without use of the garage. The tech Gary arrived exactly when I was told he'd be here. He is personable, friendly, and very capable. In less than an hour Gary was done and the cost was exactly what Chris had told me over the phone. Superior is now in my contacts list. Thanks guys! Job well done!

Yelp5This is from about 2016, but my garage door wouldn't operate, it was covered under home warranty. They came out quickly and took care of it right then... no issues since... They do have numbers for Lakeport, Clearlake and Middletown as well as Ukiah.

Yelp5Superior Garage Door Service, Upper Lake, CA. installed my new garage door yesterday and I love it! Their service was very friendly and quick. After deciding to order, it only took two weeks from ordered to installed. The quality of the door is excellent. I ordered an insulated one because my garage gets very hot in the summer. I already can see a difference between before and after. The insulation keeps the inside of the door comfortable to the touch whereas the old metal door was so hot from the suns rays my hand could not rest on the door for more than a second or two before burning. Chris and Michael were very knowlegable and helpful. There was no pressure to buy and the installation is professionally done. The door operates smoothly and quietly. And being a senior, they even gave me a small discount. Much appreciated! I genuinely recommend Superior Door Garage Service to anyone.

Then I emailed Superior Garage Door Service and got a super quick response (just minutes) to a question about replacing a broken garage door spring. Yelp5Excellent work and excellent service. Very courteous on the phone and on time for the appointment. The technician, Mike, did an excellent job fixing my 60 year old garage door. If I decide to replace this door in the future, I'll be calling on them again. By the way, the first company I called tried but couldn't fix it, the second company I called didn't return my multiple phone calls.
