Google4I brought my locked safe into the store so it could be opened so I could retrieve the spare key out of it. The gentleman who serviced me was the same one who took my call less than a half hour before. He was polite on the phone and just as kind in store. He said he would not have to break the lock like other Locksmith’s stated prior. He opened and checked my identity to verify it was mine as I asked him too. He offered to make a copy of the key as a backup so it didn’t happen again. He even helped me get it into my car. Nice costumer service and very reliable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Google5Truly thankful a small business like this is still around to serve the community. They're fast, friendly, and affordable. I've used their service in the past and continue to go to them whenever I need a locksmith. I've had nothing but issues with other locksmiths trying to rip me off by giving me ridiculously high quotes, and this is the first place ever that has offered help save me money! I needed a commercial door lock cylinder at the time. Other locksmiths were quoting me over $50 for part or $120 for part and installation. Aro offered/suggested to rekey the cylinder for half the cost and offered additional security features to my door for less than what I would have paid elsewhere. Good and honest businesses are hard to come by nowadays, I hope Aro L&D stays around for a long time.

Google5I went to an ACE 2x to get a house key copied without it working in the deadbolt. These guys did it right away and finally I have a working key! Very grateful to this business for solving my (minor) problem!

Google4Their service man came when he said he would. Got my file cabinet unlocked in about 15 minutes. He gave me a $25 discount because I had drilled the lock out over halfway. I was pleased with the bill as it was less than the estimate I had been given.

Google5You ever see the movie Matrix, well this guy is the key master. I walked in desperate to fix an old door lock made in the ancient time. I was willing to pay whatever just to fix the door. He came out the room smooth and calm and fixed the lock and explained how to work the newer version. I thought both of them were broke. Needless to say I wanted to give him my wallet, and he said don't worry about it. Thanks Key master.
