Google1Had a technician out to my house to put on a weather strip and a rubber retainer. The technician didn’t have the parts with him and told me that he needed to go get the parts. They charged me $250.50 for 45 minutes of labor. The technician never researched what color our garage door that we bought from them 2 years ago. When I questioned the labor cost the technician told me that he charged me for the extra hour it took him to go get the part. When I asked him why he didn’t research what garage door we had,he claimed that they don’t have computers to research. I then asked why he didn’t ask for the model number of our garage,he just said he never thought to ask. I would advise others to use another garage door company

Google5Awesome experience! I was having problems with my garage door not closing correctly, and the old opener was just running real rough. I kind of wanted a new unit, but wanted someone to come check it out first. I called Doormaster at 8:30am and told them what was going on. They let me know a technician would come out between 10am-12pm the same day, and he would be calling me when he was on the way to my place. All of that was true. Alex the technician was outstanding. Even though it was 100 degrees out, he had everything installed and programed in less than an hour and half. Very happy with Doormaster. They will be my go to if i ever need anything, and will be the company i recommend to others!

Google1I spoke to Andrew today and told him I needed a part repaired. Andrew highly suggested that I get a whole new system however I did not want to play 600 plus dollars and went with just a single repair. Andrew agreed to come today at 11 o'clock. I sent him a message asking asking him if this repair part would be covered under a previous warranty because garage was repaired by the company 2 years ago. I was just wondering what would be the cost and was willing to pay full price if not covered under warranty. Andrew became very frustrated and nasty and refused to come to my house and replace the part and said my only option at this point was to get the whole garage system repaired for 600 plus dollars. I asked Andrew if there company no longer fixes parts anymore and the only option for customers is to get a whole new garage system and he said yes. Andrew was nasty and unprofessional and I will make sure I let other customers know about this awful service. This was his response after I asked him very nicely if the warranty would cover this replacement part. I think this may not work. Your already leading me down the road I talked to you about we did a fix on one part of your operator and now your looking for warranty 2.5 years later on an entirely different part. And still want a temporary repair rather than accepting our option of a new unit. I'm gonna just give you the option 575+tax for a new unit. We are no longer interested in putting parts back together on that thing.

Google5The team was very knowledgeable. They come out very quickly and my project didn't even need to get done fast so I was really impressed. My junk garage door from Menards was very broken to the point where they had to think outside the box and they really did a great job. Very friendly, joked around. Honest and resourceful. Took them 2 hours and they repaired a broken lift arm, adjusted all the wheels on the track so that they ran smooth, adjusted the safety sensors and added extra support since the top panel on the door was bent. They charged $200 for all the parts and labor. They really did a great job!

Google3They did a good job of replacing the bottom panels that we damaged by vehicles. It just took them a while to get the doors back working properly. I will be having them do any garage door work in the future and I highly recommend them.

Yelp1I had these people install springs and cables. 3 years later, some cables were frayed, one rusted out. The owner admitted that they were having trouble with cable suppliers but was very uncooperative. He just blew me off and told me to find a different company. I had given him lots of business over the years.
