Google5Raul was available when I needed him. He told me how long before he could come. Then texted to let me know he’d be here in 10 minutes. Resolved my overhead door jam with ease. Price was fair. I’d definitely recommend Raul for your overhead door needs.

Google5A+ business with great customer service! Raul was very friendly and helpful. He had a garage door remote that none of the big box stores carry for our old garage. He even offered to swing by if I needed help paring it with the opener.

Google1I scheduled an appointment and they never-showed up. I called they said they didn’t have me scheduled when I had clearly scheduled a week before. The man who answered the phone said he would stop by and take a look he never did no call no nothing. Very unprofessional a waste of my precious time . Do not book with them.

Google5Great experience! I emailed them yesterday evening. They came by today & fixed my garage door. They made the fix look simple, explained to me what to look for in the future, and provided a very reasonable price. Payment was easy, too. So many places these days have ways to contact them via email or internet, but they call you back to go over everything you already told them. Not Raul! He was fine with email & was quick to respond, making everything very easy for me. He also came by at the precise time he said. I highly recommend!

Google5My garage door bracket came off and didnt seem to be connected to the top panel any longer and so it really seemed to bend up the top panel of our garage door. I didnt know if it was fixable or needed to be replaced. We contacted Raul's because we knew of them through a friend. They came out the next day and totally fixed the problem without us needing to replace the panel. It looked brand new afterwards. We appreciate the prompt and thorough service and traveling all the way to Janesville. Highly recommend Raul and his team. Thank you

Yelp5My garage door opener broke on Friday and I called Russ, who came Saturday morning. He explained all the options - to repair the motor or replace the whole unit. Since the opener was 20 years old and ready for further breakdowns, I decided to get a new one. Russ explained the differences between a chain drive and the newer belt drives, and I opted for the more dependable chain, as it's a detached garage and the louder noise doesn't matter. Here it is Monday afternoon and my new opener is happily installed and running beautifully! I'm really impressed with Russ's fast response, courtesy, competence, and taking the time to explain everything - and his very reasonable fee! I highly recommend him.

Yelp5I had the chain on my garage door opener come off. Try to fix it myself but ended up looking for someone local to help out and get the job done right. Found these guys on yelp and called and they came out the same day to get the repair done. These guys came early and got the job done quickly for a very reasonable price. I would use them again highly recommended.

Yelp1RUSS SUCKS!!! Called Russ to get a quote for programming a new remote control. He would not simply program my remote control, but wanted to charge me for a tune-up as well, which I did not need but agreed to just to get the job done. He told me he couldn't get to me until Wednesday, although I called him on a Friday. Finally, he said he would arrive between 9-11 a.m. I told him to let me know in advance so I could inform my tenant of the time. On that morning he phoned at 8:23 a.m. to say he'd be there in about half an hour. I said okay, he said see you around 9:00. I informed my tenant to be there at 9:00 a.m. 9:00 rolled around and no Russ. At 15 after, the tenant called to ask is he coming? I was puzzled because I made sure the tenant was there at 9:00. I called Russ to ask where he was and I got no answer so I left a message. Fifteen minutes later he called me back stating he had been there and taken care of what needed to be done. I said, "What did you do? The tenant hasn't seen you?" He stated, "I programmed the old remote control and got it to working." "That's not what I hired you for! I hired you to program a new remote control that you haven't touched. And did you even do the tune-up you wanted to charge me for?" He started arguing with me and yelling at me and stating he was there at 8:45 and he never said 9:00 and he couldn't wait any longer!! He said he dealt with the man downstairs. That's not the address I gave him! He was just completely out of order!!! I told him I was not going to pay him for something he didn't do! He said he wouldn't be able to get back there for another 3-4 hours! I said, don't bother! I will NEVER, EVER, EVER use this company again!! He is disrespectful and rude and completely obnoxious!!!

Yelp5Called Russ at 11:30am and asked for a quote to replace a broken spring. He gave me a price to replace both Springs that was lower than any other I had received. Set an appointment for 2pm that day, and by 2:30 my door was fixed, all wheels and tracks greased and checked, everything working as it should. He did what he said he would, for the quoted price, and didn't try to sell me services I didn't need. Was nice to deal with an honest contractor. Will definitely call Russ if I need service or repairs again.

Yelp5Had a broken torsion spring and called Russ. I had two other estimates and he was the lowest of the three and came out the same day. It was fixed in 30 minutes and he oiled up the entire door so that it now runs extremely quiet. He did an excellent job and was recommended by a coworker. Would definitely recommend!
