Google5I called Geis to have the gasket at the bottom of the door replaced. Bill called and arrived exactly when he said he would. I had a couple of questions, which he took as much time as needed. I was grateful he was honest and patient. Installed the gasket and then took time to explain how and where to keep the door properly lubricated. I really appreciated the extra effort to help me keep my garage door in top working order. I cannot recommend Geis enough. Great install originally and great help maintaining the door. Bill was the best, polite, honest and just plain nice. Geis is the best.

Google5While backing out of my garage I had accidentally press my garage door opener button when I was lifting my sun visor up. The roller on the bottom panel came off the track and the panel had slight damage. I called Geis at around 6:00 PM and to my surprise a receptionist answered my call. She said she could get a technician out the next day. The technician (Mike) was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to repair the damaged panel to almost new. I had planned on having the panel replaced but Mike recommended not to and that is was running as new. Mike saved me $750 by not having to replace the panel. This has been the third time using Geis and highly recommend them! Thank you Mike and Geis, you have earned my business for life!

Google5I have rarely experienced the kind of service recently shown by Geis. I called the office around 200 about a door that had gone off the track and simply wanted to setup a service call. I was told they were sending out someone in about an hour. Bill showed up, looked it over and had it going again in 45-minutes. Really great service. Thanks Geis.

Google5Had GEIS (Jim) come out to estimate, then relaced a 1960's wooden garage door, tracks, etc. and an add an opener with keypad and 2 remotes on a house we're selling. Their price was very fair and the office women were great with scheduling. Paul did a great job with the installation (in just 2.5 hours). Having them come out to estimate my other house this Monday for replacement or repairs. great experience!

Google5The springs on my garage door broke in the morning and I called around to several garage repair companies, when talking with GEIS support staff (Jim), they were upfront with me on cost and repairs and didn't try to sell me on anything I didn't need. The service technician (Ben) arrived in the afternoon and I was back in business. I would definitely recommend.

Google5I recently contact GEIS for an issue with one of the overhead doors at my place of employment. I dealt with Justin (tech) and his supervisor Ben and cannot say enough about how thorough they were with informing me of the work required. Also wanted to add that the professional courtesy given by Justin was top notch. Prompt and professional service which in this day and age is uncommon.

Google5We had our broken door replaced by Geis. The price seemed to be reasonable and the people were all kind and easy to work with. The door itself appears to be a quality product and was a nice step up from our old door. The installers were on time, did a great job and even took time to share some use and maintenance tips. I would definitely do business with this company again.
