I completed an order online for a new garage door and opener. The next day, a guy came to measure for the new garage door. $1700+ was charged to my credit card. A week later, I hadn’t heard anything nor had I received a quote or contract. I called the store. I was put on hold for ten minutes and finally hung up. I emailed. No response. I sent a Facebook message. I received a response asking for the order number. I replied I didn’t have one, and hadn’t heard from anybody. No response. So I finally filled out a dispute for the charge. When completed, it said it would take 60-90 days. I guess they aren’t in a hurry to do anything except take my money.
