Google5Had small work done around my house. I was convinced that I would not be able to find someone to do the small jobs. Todd and Brett were recommended by a relator friend of ours. The scheduled the job and did the work in a very timely manner. Also, came back for a follow up. Great job!

Google5Great company to work with. Came out and diagnosed an issue we were having with our siding and offered several alternatives for repair. Everything was taken care of promptly and efficiently (as well as being done correctly). Their attention to detail was spectacular and the work to notch. I had used them in the past for some gutter issues as well and appreciated the job they did that time as well. Hopefully I am set for a while and don't have to call them, but once my roof gets up there a few more years I'm sure I'll be calling them back to have that done as well. Highly recommend!

Google5Guaranteed Home Improvements replaced my asphalt shingle roof and vinyl siding back in 2012. The crew was professionally and the company owner, Todd Farnham, stopped by to oversee things and check in daily. Todd Farnham provided honest recommendations regarding where to splurge (specifically the quality/thickness of the siding and shingle weight) and where to save. The job was completed in a timely manner and site was left spotless. The company even threw in a few "extras" that weren't part of the contract, such as, hanging new awnings and shutters purchased independently, painting trim, etc. 4 years later, I again used Guaranteed Home Improvements to construct a gazebo in my yard. Over the years, I've continued to reach out to the company for all of my building exterior needs and have recommended them to neighbors, family members and friends. In this line a business its rare to find contractors that stand the test of time and are still in business when it matters to you. I cannot recommend this company enough!
