Google5Called Kurtis close to closing time, but he came over the following morning to repair the “eyes” and indoor button on my garage door opener. He quickly diagnosed the issue and made the repair in no time. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and personable! Pricing was very reasonable. If need be I would request his services in the future and highly recommend. A very good experience!

Google5Kurtis was awesome to work with. He was able to stop out the same day and diagnose our garage door issues. He was upfront and honest about the issue and what his recommendations would be. He was ble to get the parts fast and was able to repair our garage within a few days. Pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended to anyone. Installation was quick, installation team was personable and professional, did a great job explaining all the features of the door, opener, keypad, and remotes, and the new door works like a charm, weather-tight and quiet. Google5I called to have a broken spring replaced. They were able to come out the same day and had it replaced very quickly! Super fast, efficient service! While they were there they were able to fix a few other areas that needed attention as well. I definitely would not hesitate to call them again! Thank you!

Google5Kurtis was friendly, on time, and got the job done (new springs) quickly and for a reasonable price. He was even able to temporarily fix the broken spring until a new one was available a few days later for no extra charge. Highly recommend!

Yelp2Review is only for quoting/estimate 7 weeks from first talk and reminders until promised quote, says will deliver by tomorrow, which is now over a week ago. Opener company (the maker) responds quickly, that was not a real reason for the delay. It's just a twin tie rod system with twin brackets on a conventional opener. I'm sure he's done harder jobs.

Yelp5I was impressed how quickly Kurtis was able to come on site and repair my garage door. I'm sure everyone shares a similar story as mine. You drive into your home after a long day at work. Only to find that your garage door does not open that evening. You check out from inside and find one of the lift cables snapped off, caused by the torsion spring snapping, and breaking off. The next morning, a co-worker referred me to Kurtis. I am glad he did, because as soon as I gave him a call he was ready to stop by that same morning and do the repair. He mentioned he would be there between 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. Not to say that I was skeptic, but at least I was happy to get a response right away and someone taking action. Curtis was on site a little after 9:00 a.m. . He was completed with the work minutes before 11:00 a. m. Now I admit, I was a little nervous at first having him come on site without providing an estimate over the phone. But I trusted my colleague's referral on his reasonable pricing. The fact is, he could not give me an accurate estimate until he looked at the work that was needed. Which is understandable. Once he gave me what he will charge, I gave the go ahead to proceed. The estimate was firm. There was no haggling or surprises. I was happy to write this review, because of the very reasonable pricing, quick response, and seamless transaction. I will recommend his services to others.

Yelp5My garage door was not closing, yet the photo sensor seemed to still be online, so I was baffled as to why the door wouldn't shut. I called Kurtis, he was at my house within just a couple hours and corrected the problem and also identified a cable issue that I was completely unaware of. Kurtis replaced the cables on the spot. I highly recommend Kurtis for any garage door related issues you may have.
