BBB1they didn't show up twice after we set an appointment and never called to change the time/day-I had to reschedule my work/ family schedule 3 times until they showed up- very inconsiderate- I even e-mailed them to explain my issues and no responsed..

Google5Called Friday, 1/26/24, 8:00 AM. Bad opener needed to be replaced. Said they could get to it. Got a call from the tech at about 1:00 PM. All fixed. New opener, checked springs, hinges, cables, door itself. Great service on short notice. Thank you Action Garage Door.

Google5John Michael responded to a call a few days ago when a garage door spring failed. John Michael found a temporary fix to assure we could use our garage in sub-zero weather, and he and Jonah returned today to replace our springs. These gentlemen were the friendliest, most efficient and knowledgeable repair people I can imagine. Call ACTION, if you need a job well done!

Google5Wonderful experience here! We'd been having issues with our garage door for a while - it was an old door that was dented from before we moved into our home some years ago. Action overhead got someone out that day to take a look and determine if we needed a new one or a repair. They determined we needed a new one. They wrote an estimate and set a date on when we could get it done that same day. The tech who came out the day of door replacement was very kind and knowledgeable. He got it done and no issues since! I'm extremely pleased and the price came out to less that I expected as well! Would highly recommend them for top notch service and quality!

Google5This is the second time Action Overhead Door has helped us out at the last minute. Yesterday, Halloween afternoon, I unfortunately backed into our garage door when it was halfway open. This made opening or closing the garage door impossible. We called someone else, thinking we were calling Action Overhead Door. They told us that they were backed up 5 weeks and could maybe send a technician out the next morning leaving our door open to critters and whoever else should come in. When we realized we had called the wrong company we called Action Overhead Door and within an hour Joe came out and fixed the door well enough so that it opens and closes. Needless to say it was a huge relief and Joe did a great job. We highly recommend Action Overhead Door.

Google5Purchased a new vehicle and was having issues connecting it to the opener. Mike suggested a new remote opener due age but that didn't resolve issue. He looked at the unit in the garage and discovered due to its age, we might have to replace it. Checking it out, the unit did have to be replaced. He was able to install new Genie, with remotes and outside panel in just a couple of hours. Great, friendly and not pushing decision making at all. Mike did a fantastic job.

Google5We had a wonderful experience with Great Garage Door. Our spring broke on Saturday morning. Marc was out promptly and fixed it in about 30 minutes for a very fair price. He was friendly and helpful and gave me some good maintenance tips and advice on selecting a new door in the future as ours is quite old. I highly recommend this company. Definitely Five Star Service.

Google5Had an 8x16 overhead door installed by Great Garage Door in 2007. Great job then but recently had the bottom panel damaged and needed replacement. Wasn't sure it was even possible because of the age of the door. Called Burnsville Great Garage Door and talked to Katie and she had me send a picture of the lowest panel manufacturer label. She assured me that a color matched replacement panel was still available and I had her order one. When the new panel arrived from the factory, Katie called to arrange an installation date. Today, the service tech, Marc, arrived to install the panel. With expertise, he removed and replaced the panel and even the color matched the original perfectly. The whole process was seamless from beginning to end. My wife and I are happy. Wouldn't hesitate to use Great Garage Door again.
