Google5Repeat customers. Excellent quality windows. Reduces the outside sound. Our house feels warmer in the winter and keeps the cool air inside in the summer. Great service. Installers were pleasant and did a great job.

Google5After a couple speed bumps with our new windows, Builders and Remodelers showed that they are a company that cares about their work. They got everything fixed up and addressed all of our concerns. They also did it in a timely manner, and the windows look great. I look forward to having them finish the rest of the house.

Google4My experience with B&R was overall very positive. They aren't cheap, but they do seem to have a solid product. Only time will tell I guess. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful. The windows were ordered and delivered and installed quicker than I expected. My only concerns were a semi high pressure meeting with the sales person, but he still kept it light, never got frustrated or upset when I wouldn't sign in the dotted line that evening; no phone call check in prior to the install date; and I had to tey a few numbers before getting ahold of someone the morning of install to make sure they were still coming. Installers were fast, clean, friendly, and helpful. Would use them again!

Google5Builders & Remodelers replaced and installed new windows. The previous windows were worn out due to age/regular wear, and leakage issues. This is our second time using Builders & Remodelers for a replacement (our previous project was a sliding patio door). The sales process and approach felt significantly different this time. The salesperson suggested one type of window opening, but later found out that this type of window does not meet egress code requirements based on the opening, after the sales agreement had been signed. Builders & Remodelers made the change to correct the issue without any additional costs to the consumer. There were some unprofessional behavioral concerns regarding the salesperson, which were drastically different than previous experiences. We would have bought the product, regardless of the salesperson, because the product and installation have always been exceptional. However, focusing on the window quality and installation, which is the greater value for us, the window appearance and quality are positive. There is significantly less leakage, drafty air, and humidity issues. The windows allow more light to enter and add a brighter overall appearance. The installation aspect was phenomenal. The work crew was outstanding. They were on time and communicated about every step along the way. The installation process took approximately one and a half days. They were considerate and professional, and always cleaned up the debris. During an initial walkthrough of their installation plans, they were able and willing to accommodate other needs and interests in the house. They made it a priority to install certain areas first to minimize disruption. Overall, Builders & Remodelers does great with their products and installations. We would purchase from them in the future, based on the products and installation services.

Google5I hired Builders and Remodelers for my siding replacement project. I expected the project to take at least 5 days to complete, but it only took 4 days to finish the siding. The crew worked from sunrise to sunset each day until completion of the project. The crew manager kept me informed on the work being done and asked for my input when questions came about. I would recommend Builders and Remodelers for any size of siding project.
