Finally we hit the jack pot with Custom Door Sales and are able to get back into our 1920's tuck-under garage after leaving the car outside for a month. Past poorly positioned electrical work above the garage door for the exterior lights made it a difficult job. Two other highly recommended companies had been out and were fairly confident about replacing a broken spring only to say later that they couldn't. We were also satisfied with the price, which wasn't the top bid by the way. Thank you Custom Door Sales!

I had to replace my original garage door from 1967 and knew I wanted a Haas American Tradition Series door. Once I got over the shock of how much garage doors have gone up in price since the pandemic, I worked with John Hanson to order, then later schedule delivery. He sent a crew out to measure before ordering the door. When I called back a few weeks later, the door had arrived and he scheduled the delivery. The installation crew worked diligently to install the door. Afterwards we had some issues with the door opener. John twice sent out an expert and they solved the problem. John and his crew were always professional & courteous. Couldn't be happier with my door and the service I received from Custom Door Sales!

Broken cable caused door to not close fully or open at all. Vehicle stuck in garage. Next day service call. Tech diagnosed and fixed this issue so door can be used. Found a larger unknown problem. Recommended a reasonable fix. Very happy with service.

Not a company that I would recommend. When I had my new garage door installed I noticed a company sticker in an abnormal place. When I removed the sticker I noticed some damaged. I watched my ring camera and saw the installers notice the damage and purposely place the sticker over the damage that they created. They never said anything to me about the damaged. When I found out about the damaged I call the company and told them about it. I was not happy that their employees would not have the integrity to do the right thing. This is why I would not recommend this company.

Carl was excellent! A cable rusted through and the tension caused the track to get significantly bent out of shape. I thought for sure we'd need to replace the door but in less than an hour, Carl straightened the track, replaced a couple of rollers and the cable and the door works! He did say that it probably has only a year or two left but it will be much easier to plan to replace the door in the next year while we can prepare for the expense. Great skill and great integrity to fix the door vs just telling me I need a new door. When we replace the door, we will be 100% using Custom Door as I trust them to deliver a quality product at a fair price.

Custom Door Sales did a great job with same day service. My torsion spring broke on a Thursday evening. I called at 7am Friday and my call was answered immediately. I was told I would receive a call to provide me with a two hour arrival time. At 8:48 I received a call from a service technician that said he would be here between 12:00 and 2:00. Ryan arrived at 12:14 and my door was repaired and done before 1:00. Ryan and the other technician were very personable and professional. My door is working as well as when it was new and it is very quiet and smooth. Great job guys! I would definitely recommend Custom Door Sales for your garage door needs.

Great repair! I called on a Tuesday, with a request for Thursday morning, first call. Steve called ahead to say he'd be there at 8:30, which he was. He identified the problem, including straightening the bottom strut on the door that was triggering the door to lift, tightened and oiled the chain, and adjusted the indoor opener to work more easily. The door works more quietly and smoothly than it has in years. We were very pleased. Services Rendered: Garage door wouldn't shut, as there was something tripping the eye.
