Heath replaced my garage door hinge and explained about things to look for to determine when future maintenance is required. From start to finish, SGD provides excellent service.

Jonathon was very helpful in fixing our garage door. The door was stuck open due to having fallen off the track. He arrived promptly and was super kind. He finished the job quickly and it’s all like new again!

Great experience with Jake. We had a torsion spring and cable break. He was prompt and professional. Made recommendations and explained everything properly. Jake was able to get our door back up and functioning in under 2 hours

They are very helpful. Prompt ly giving you the response send someone within 1-2 hours a technician. They do not calculate assistance , they calculate how much their customer satisfaction . I called them around 2pm, before 4 pm Heath K was at my address & asked me what was my garage issue. I explained , he gave me advise free of charge & left stating " if you any problem, please call us again" . Very friendly, professional & customer focused. This is not a first time I called for assistance. They always at my address within less than 2 hours & solved my garage problem. Never hesitate to call Superior Garage Door if you have any problem with your garage door. They do not charge you for trip. Thanks you!

Technician that was sent was not knowledgeable. Had to keep calling his boss. Couldn't answer my questions. Kept telling me I needed a new garage door to do a high lift conversion on my current door which I knew was not the truth. While I understand up-selling, I do not agree with trying to force the up-sale. You might get away with it with some homeowners but with me, I do research before even calling for the estimate. On top of that out of 3 companies they were the ONLY ones saying I needed a new garage door. Effectively shot yourself in the foot trying to get my business.

Matt was very friendly, took the time to do a great job and explained everything after it was completed. The door works great now and should last a good while before it needs anything else. Thanks Matt!

Matt was great to work with. He was willing to price match another quote I had received, replacing torsion springs and bearings for our double stall garage door. Through the entire install process he was very professional and personable, answering all my questions and providing insights and recommendations. I would highly recommend Matt at SGD for your residential and commercial garage door repairs!

Where do I even begin. Don’t use this company. Overpriced. It broke the next day and we had to fix it ourselves. There was a coupon on the website that I noticed, that the guy at CUSTOMER SERVICE, said they didn’t have and that I was “looking at the wrong website”- even though I was looking at the correct one. He made me feel like an idiot. (EVEN THOUGH ITS ON THEIR WEBSITE) I had to call twice, even though they said they would get back to me. Our garage wasn’t going down properly, It needed a couple of replacement parts and we got a key pad- They did fix it fast. I will give them credit for that. Altogether it was over $900 including tip. A lady on another review said she was charged the same thing, and felt it was a rip off. Trey the technician was nice, knowledgeable, warm and came the same day per request. That’s about the only positive I can say about this whole experience. I look back on it and cringe. We should’ve gone somewhere else.

My wife ordered new garage doors, due to storm damage. We had garage doors with baked enamel. That’s what we wanted and expected. The Rise & Shine dealer came out, looked at what we had, and told my wife they could get new doors quickly. They came today and in process of the doors going up that they were badly scuffed. The installers told my wife that all Rise & Shine sold were painted doors, and someone would come out to do “touch up”. They knew what we needed replacing, but never told my wife what they were selling. What a bunch of crap salesmanship!!!

UPDATE:

Yesterday I wrote a very negative report about the companies product. Since then the owner Alex has called and discussed the quality of the doors, and has provided a limited warranty documentation for my wife covering the paint which has an exclusion for damage due to “use of pressure washers”. The installers did a good job, and provided a check list of everything they did.
