Google4Everyone very pleasant to work with! After a leak in our bathroom which required replacing, floor, vanity and painting they took care of everything and went above and beyond what was needed. Would definitely recommend Kiser Construction for your needs.

Google5I could not say one bad thing about Kiser Construction! They go above and beyond to make everything Beautiful and perfect. We have had them do 2 projects for us with the most recent being an accessible bathroom that is everything we dreamt it could be. Everyone who works there is so respectable and easy to work with. I could not thank them enough for all of their hard work!

Google5Absolutely outstanding company, exceptional customer service and results! Timely, prompt with communications beforehand and during the job and excellent results. Kiser put a new roof on our home, detached garage and sauna. The crew was superb, we were thrilled with the customer service and completed project! I'd recommend this company every day of the week!

Google5Kiser Construction, especially Rick and Brandon did not disappoint us. The roofing and gutter replacement on our home, gazebo and barn/shed were done timely with supreme quality and expertise. Rick worked with our insurance adjusters with great professionalism and caring manner from start to finish, staying within the adjusters pricing summary. Our phone calls were returned promptly and questions answered knowledgeably. The roofers were amazing, working with great pride and willing to go and extra mile. The seamless gutters were done by Kiser Construction timely and with precision. Our home is beautiful once again, thanks to Kiser Construction Renovation Co. Google5When a drunk driver hit our home, we were in shock and deparate to make our house livable as soon as possible. We had 7 contractors that we reached out to, one referral from Kiser. Three said they were too busy, three said the work was beyond thier scope - and Kiser said they would be out that next day! When we asked the other contractors about Kiser, they had nothing but good to say - your competition respects you, that is high praise! Rusty is most caring and knowledgable, he stepped us through the whole process and advocated for us in ways we can't begin to thank him for. Every single team member is professional and goes beyond what is expected. We had additional upgrades since we were having sigificant work done, and all the work is phenomenal!

Google5We used Kiser Construction for a home project that involved modifying our stairwell handrails to the other side due to putting in a stairlift for our son. They also made a custom gate to match our railing in our house. It is stunning. They matched it perfect and had beautiful craftsmanship. They were so easy to work with from the beginning! Always on top of it and letting us know where things were during the whole process. Professional, kind and trustworthy. Listened to our desires for the project and fulfilled them!

Google5Beyond our expectations in look, communication and cost. We had Kiser remove a wall, add windows and renovate our shower. Rusty and Greg provided a great experience and we would happily hire them again in the future.

Google5Help! that is what I needed and that is what I got from Kiser. Scott, my project manager, Bret and Jason were extremely helpful in making choices for materials to be used on my kitchen floor and entry and my shower. It was winter and I didn't go out much. Scott and Bret recommended LVT flooring for the kitchen and entry. No dimples from my walker or canes and the floor is beautiful. Brandon installed it in a day over the existing flooring. Lots of hammering but the results are worth it. I needed my shower to be handicapped accessible and safe which meant tearing out the preformed shower. I wanted the shower extended and a curved shower curtain rod and curved curb. Jason had started the demo and I had pick up some tile samples. Jason picked up more samples and from one that I picked and one that Jason picked I was happy, but not satisfied. The tile that Jason brought also had a larger one for floors. I am looking at these 2 samples and thinking, " that is going to be one fancy shower, it's going to look out of place". I turned to Jason and said, "How about if we do the floor and the tub surround?" So that's what Jason did. It is beautiful. After I got over the initial WOW! I started to really look at the craftsmanship that went into the project.There are mitered corners, tiles that had to have several angles cut to fit into their spot, and the symmetry, just wonderful. Elegant! Jason is a focused hard worker. I did discover a billing error after the fact and reported it to Scott. It was 2 days later and a refund check from Kiser was already in my mail box. That:s impressive customer service. Everyone makes mistakes it's how you correct them that sets you apart.

Angi5Most of the details are already covered in my previous entry. I felt very confident throughout the entire process that my interests were foremost and the concern was for the highest quality and best work performed. I would also like to add that the process was stress free for me, as Kiser handled everything! Lisa, Scott, and Rick handled all of the insurance details, and the rest of the team pitched in and worked tirelessly and with positive attitudes to ensure the work exceeded my expectations! Services Rendered: Our home had to be gutted and the garage torn down after a fire. The day after the fire I requested Kiser to come out to help assess the damage. They were there an hour after we spoke and spent over 12 hours there assisting myself and other town home owners. The knowledge they possess and the professionalism exceeded my expectations. Other contractors showed up uninvited and did not show the same professionalism. The garage was completely rebuilt and the foundation reexcavated to prevent water accumulation. The garage door fits perfectly and is a match to the the other townhome doors. Stucco was applied and looks beautiful! The roof is steel shingles and in better condition than before the fire. All interior and exterior doors fit perfectly! All sheet rocking is seamless and thankfully Kiser discovered the previous construction had a faulty firewall. Due to the faulty firewall, there was extensive damage from the fire which otherwise would have been semi-contained. They also found a design defect in which water was running from the roofs into our walls! Now that will no longer be a problem! Code violations were corrected in the laundry/furnace area. The vendors chosen for the heating/cooling and plumbing did excellent and prompt work. All kitchen and bathroom fixtures were replaced. Again the work exceeds what was previously done. The cabinetry and woodworking done is flawless! The gentleman who did the work suggested some design improvements which I am pleased about. Wooden flooring, vinyl flooring and carpet were installed. The work and quality are excellent! Village Flooring in Blaine were subcontracted by Kiser to do the work. The painters did an excellent job! Having previously managed a hardware/paint department for a large corporation, I feel very qualified to make that statement. All lighting fixtures were replaced and all electrical rewired. The electrician was very concerned and conscientious about where to place fixtures, sockets, etc. All counters were replaced and the work was outstanding! The sun room was sheet rocked instead of using the previous design of wood paneling. This was suggested by Rick from Kiser and I couldn't be more pleased with the new, sunny look! The paneling did not let in enough sun and looked dated. Hopefully I am not leaving out any details! Basically, the entire home was rebuilt.
