Google5Great experience from beginning to end. We had a torsion spring that decided to give out just before the weekend. Every place I called said they’d be available next week. Gave North Country a call and they said they could be out next morning…even though we were outside of their service area. Todd arrived exactly when he said he would and finished at the exact time he estimated. On top of replacing both springs he also oiled the entire door and fixed our seal on the bottom of the door as well with no change to his price quote. Couldn’t be happier overall. Friendly service, great work and turned a stressful situation into a quick resolution. Thank you Todd and North Country Door!

Google5Called and they were there the next day on time. Casey was friendly and did a great job for a reasonable price. Only asked them to replace the spring on one door, but went above and beyond to lubricate the other door for no charge. Definitely recommend them for garage door service. Update: Just had North Country Garage Door install 2 new garage doors on our house. Great experience again. Great products, service, price, and no pressure or salesmen gimmicks. Highly recommend this company.

Google5Our entire experience with North Country Garage Door has been wonderful. Steve returned all of our calls quickly, no high pressure sales tactics and there were many door options to choose from. Casey did the installation of two doors by himself in a little over five hours! He arrived on time, took down the old doors and rails, installed the new doors, connected them to the door openers, tested everything, cleaned up the work site and hauled the old doors away. He told me he has been doing this for 30 years and his experience shows in his work. The doors themselves are rock solid and gorgeous. They glide smoothly on the new rails and are very quiet. I would HIGHLY recommend North County Garage Doors to anyone.

Google5I thought I needed someone to come out to fix my garage door opener. But when I called, I was provided with several troubleshooting options to try on my own. All is working perfectly, and it didn't cost me a dime or any inconvenience. That is true and HONEST service.

Google5Joel put in a garage door and opener for me many, many years ago. Since then I have tried several times to make an appointment with him to fix some problem with the door. Each time, Joel has told me how to fix the problem myself. I've offered to pay for his advice, but he refuses. The only time he's come out was to replace a broken spring, which is a fairly dangerous, technical job, and his price for the replacement was extremely reasonable. I would not consider anyone else for garage door work but North Country Garage Door.

Google5North Country Garage Door are the best. I called yesterday afternoon and they had someone out to my house the following morning. The repair took about 20 minutes and my garage door is working perfectly. Their staff are very polite and nice to work with.

Google5I had 2 doors installed by North Country 3 years ago they still look great! They were installed when I wanted them and very fast. Originally, I had 8 foot tall doors, but my garage was too short for them (they rubbed against the ceiling). I ran my plan by North Country to lower the framing and their advise and tips were very useful!

Angi5I decided to replace both torsion springs and North Country had a good price to come out and do the job. At 4:30 in the afternoon, they were able to schedule it for the next morning (it wasn't an emergency). I was concerned when the technician looked at the job and said it could be trouble, but he figured out a way to make it work and the "trouble" didn't cost me anything extra. He lubed moving parts and even secured my loose garage door switch! I'll call North Country for all my future garage door needs. Services Rendered: Broken torsion spring on my double garage door.

Angi5Steve was very responsive and gave me some suggestions over the phone to try and fix the issue first without a service call. While it did help, it also needed more diagnosis. Steve was great and came out within 2 days and fixed the problem. Services Rendered: I had a garage door that mysteriously not go up all the way and stopped 6 inches from the top.

Angi5Steve was great! He worked around our schedule and even was able to come earlier than we discussed as we forgot about another conflict we had. He replaced and upgraded the torsion spring on our garage door, and gave the door system a good tune up including lube and tightening bolts, and checking out all the moving parts. He was very helpful and informative and made me aware of good maintenance practices and made me aware of what work might need to be done in the future. I would highly recommend him to anyone else. Today they put in a new garage door opener for me. Very nice job, as usual. Steve has "babied" the old opener for me until he finally advised it was time to replace it.
