Yelp4I went for the coupon that had $500 worth of service for a $100, thought I got a quote for two cables to be replaced, and it was just one unfortunately. Tech came, didn't know which company he was representing, had a no name shirt on, did the work in 5 minutes. Came in and asked for payment, and I was trying to figure out how to cash the coupon and how it worked and he just got all frustrated and blew me off and left. Manager called back and smooth things out. Gave me a heck of a deal and I will definitely use them again. Garage works fantastic now.

Yelp1I have never encounter more rude terrible service! They told me they would be here in 30 minutes and when I called after an hour he told me 30 minutes. When I complained ( politely) he said " call the police then" and hung up the phone!! Update: It turns out that for whichever reason they did all that and they were not even providing the service I requested!! Why would you schedule me to wait- I clearly stated that I was waiting for them at a parking lot at cub foods and I called and talked to them 2 times explaining my situation!! Even from your response to the above message it is clear that you knew exactly why I was waiting!!!

Yelp1I booked new garage door opener installation through Amazon and TopTeam was the provided selected. We had an appt. scheduled for Friday 10/12 between 11am - 2pm. No one showed up for the scheduled appt. and I never received a call. I called in around 2:30pm and was told the tech would be out to my home around 4:45pm. No one showed up and I didn't receive a call. I called back again at 5:30pm and was told that a tech was on his way and would arrive by appx. 6pm. No one showed up and I never received a call. I called back again and spoke with their customer service agent who apologized and we rescheduled the service for Sunday 10/14 between 11am - 2pm. I called shortly after 11am as I had not received a call and wanted to verify the appt. was still on. I was told by a customer service representative that the appt. was still on and the tech would be to my home by 2pm. I then received a voicemail from Pamela at TopTeam at 12:23pm stating that they are having an issue with the tech that was coming to my home, the other tech that installs garage door openers is on vacation and no one else there is sufficiently trained to install garage door openers. They recommended I contact another provider to get the job completed. Save yourself the time and run-around and contact someone else first, it's what they told me to do but it took 3 days of calls and disappointing service.

Yelp1Not to be dramatic, but I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. We needed our garage door replaced & these guys were so quick to come out and give us a bid! I was thoroughly impressed by their response time & their bid came back a little lower than another company we met with (now we know why). They told us our garage was custom color & that the new one wouldn't match because they only came in white. That wasn't a problem, we were prepared to hire painters. The install happened a few days after our initial quote. Unfortunately I made the payment to them before I checked it out (I couldn't go outside, as I had a 3 kids under 5 to take care of inside). They called for payment and I gave it to them. However, once my husband got home he noticed it was a completely different garage door. Smaller windows and different design. Called the company in hopes of getting the RIGHT garage put on, they said they put this one on because our original garage door was no longer made. My husband found it at menards with a quick search. Their solution? Pay them more money so they can replace our third stall garage door so that they all match. They kept insisting that we ok mismatched garage doors. Truly.. why would a customer be ok with garages right next to each other that aren't the same? They said because we paid them already, there was nothing they could do for us except for us to buy another door from them.. refused to refund us our money. Don't work with this company, their scam is a long game, but it results in you paying more money than you anticipated having to spend! Oh, ps: even if it would've been the correct garage - this one came dented & isn't flush.

Yelp5Spring broke on my garage door. Made an appointment that night and Kevin showed up the next morning when scheduled. Finished in 2 hours. A bit over the original estimate. Left everything cleaned up. Overall good experience.

Yelp1The price doubled original quote. I contested and they lowered the price 100$, then lowered again. Quick internet check and their part cost was still double. There are a dozen garage door companies in your town, call anyone else.

Yelp4I called and was given a reasonable response time. They used another service in my area (a long way from Bloomington) who was very good and congenial. My only hang up was they didn't know about Top Team's offer if $55. Discount if Yelp was mentioned and we had some discussion between managers at both offices. I was finally given the discount and was very happy to have things working again. Thanks to Jave, the technician for being so patient with the situation, kind to me and doing an exceptional job.

Yelp5I would like to highly recommend top team garage door repair. My kids were playing with the garage door making it to go up-and-down and up-and-down and the garage door broke. I call these guys and they came to my house to take a look at it and knew exactly what the problem was with the track. I was very happy because I felt like they didn't try to overcharge me and he had all the tools to fix it on right on the spot. I would definitely call this company to fix your garage door if you have any needs. They are professional courteous and I trust them.

Yelp5BEST GUYS IN TOWN!!! I had a major crisis when I was leaving town for the weekend to my cabin the last minute as I was headed out to town. I had my truck and boat all loaded up when my garage door broke. I called these guys and they were at my house in literally 20 minutes!!!!! They were fast, professional and knew immediately what the problem was. They also charged me a lot less than a few other guys I called beforehand. Seriously, if you are looking for someone to fix your garage door...THESE GUYS are the ones to call!

Angi5Top Team sent their tech Kevin to my house, and he arrived on time and was very fast and efficient. He found that when the spring broke it broke a couple of bolts on the tracks and he had the replacement part in his truck to fix it right away. Services Rendered: The left spring on my garage door broke.
