It was great to work with Chris. He was super professional and responsive. We used him to trim our basement when we finished it. A year after the work was complete, we had some damage caused by our kids, no fault of workmanship, and we called Chris because we knew he would do great work. He showed up promptly and was able to repair the damage in about a week. Would highly recommend!

I called Chris after another handy man no showed us. He had given me a quote two months prior and still remembered who I was. I needed the repair done ASAP because we were selling our home and needed the work to be done for closing. He met me that same evening that I had called to take a look at the door and give me an exact quote. We scheduled a date for the repairs and Chris was there right on schedule. High traffic doors have always been an issue at our commercial properties around the cities. Chris at Visual Impact Carpenters has integrity. We have had countless door service companies from the metro put band aids on our aluminum storefront doors, hollow metal doors, wood doors and our heavy glass office doors for years. In a timely fashion he responded to our quote request and fixed our doors the “right” way. Since then we have used him for servicing door locksets, door closers, vertical rods, strikes, installing continuous hinges on doors, replacing thresholds and everything in between.
