Wonderful company to work with. Great product selection. Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. They followed my custom order from manufacture through install and communicated with me throughout the process. Their technicians/ installers were very experienced and completed the job quickly while at the same time maintaining respect for my property and security. The finished product looks wonderful and meets all of my expectations. I had contacted other regional companies during the bid process and none of the others gave me the confidence that they were really interested in working with me. ******************************** and the whole Rocky Mountain Doors team were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend their companys products and services.

I had no idea what was going on with my garage opener. Had neighbors stop by and take a look to no avail. This CRAZY door would go up a little, come down, go then finally all the way up. It was so sporadic and finally it just quit. Had to use the cord to open and close. Just then I noticed a phone # on the door. Hallelujah, a wonderful women answered the phone (which according to the sticker showed the install in 1989!). I truly was amazed the company was still operating. Ok, was told it would be a few weeks. No problem. The men came out when I was to expect them. Of course the door was working just fine. As they were packing up after checking all they could, I continued to play with the opener. All of a sudden it kicked into the " I work, don't work mode". That figured out pretty quickly, it needed the mother board. The had one at the shop and install it a few weeks later and IT IS WORKING just fine, THANK YOU ALL for getting it figured out. KC

I contacted Rocky Mountain Doors in May of 2020, to bid out the purchase and installation of two heavy duty garage door openers for my shop. (14’ x 12’ doors). The business provided the best price, warranty service and was recommended by friends who are local contractors in the area. Scheduling was prompt. The initial crew who installed the openers was on-time, polite and efficient. Before departing they provided a complete overview of the opener’s various functions and programming. Fast forward to this month (June of 2021). I had noticed one of the door openers did not appear to be functioning properly. The door would not fully seat in the down position. I called Rocky Mountain Doors to evaluate. Once again scheduling was prompt. The two technicians who were assigned to the project were unforeseeably delayed and unable to make the appointment time. They notified me of the delay and continually updated me as to their revised arrival time. Very much appreciated. Upon arrival both technicians were extremely polite, apologized for the delay, and listened throughly to my concern. Within 30 minutes they had diagnosed and repaired the problem, which had to do more with the actual door mounting hardware versus the opener. It is important to note the doors were installed by another company and were not the (warranty) responsibility of Rocky Mountain Doors. Despite that fact, the technicians made the adjustments necessary to ensure the doors and opener functioned properly. Additionally, they checked and adjusted the second door to ensure it would not present any similar/future problems. Upon completion of the work, they provided me with an overview of the adjustments performed and preventive maintenance recommendations to ensure continued problem free operation. Overall, I have been EXTREMELY impressed by this business. The customer service, from the office staff scheduling the adjustments to the on-site technicians, has been outstanding. I would highly recommend this business to my family, friends or anyone else in need of garage door related services.
