Google510 Stars! The process from start to finish was great. Eric was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and the new garage door is looking beautiful. All the neighbors agree! I would definitely recommend Eric, you will not be disappointed in my opinion. He is a genuine and hard working.

Google5Eric was able to replace my broken garage door opener at a reasonable price for a weekend request via Yelp last minute. He has great excellent customer service skills and very personable. He also taught me how to maintain my garage door and things to look out for to keep it lasting a long time. Eric helped with configuring the MyQ app and assisted with programming my car that has the built in garage door functionality. He was able to complete the job in a little over an hour. I had fun talking with his son as he was helping him with the job. He noticed that a bracket on my garage door itself was broken and will be replacing it this week.

Google5Eric and his brother Daniel were very professional. Installation efficient, they cleaned up after themselves and I would use them again and recommend anyone who either needs a garage door replacement or a door replacement for the garage check out Eric at Door Nation.

Google5I called several places around to get the best quote since my garage door was previously broken by a previous owner. Eric answered my phone call right away and he was very helpful when he came in to take a look at our garage door. He showed me the imbalance of the garage door, and several options in terms of fixing the door. I talked about it with the family and decided to give Eric our business since he showed up with respect and much knowledge and did not rush us into purchasing anything. We went to replace our entire garage door instead of replacing some panels. He showed up the next day after we called him. He took his time to measure and balance the garage door and the results were amazing. Definitely recommend to anyone if garage needs maintenance or fixing.

Google5Called on a Thursday afternoon to have garage door checked as it would only partially go up. Received a call back within minutes and set up an appointment for Friday morning. Arrived Friday morning, reviewed the issue, offered improvement ideas then purchased the needed parts. Upon return later in the afternoon, above and beyond install and cleanup! Professionalism and knowledge was amazing. Wife is happy to have her car back in the garage, thank you.

Google5Highly recommend Eric @ Door Nation Garage Door and Gates! He replied to my need within 3 minutes with reasonable estimate and choice of time for repair for the same day !! He advised me of arrival time and was very professional and friendly. Completed the repair, checked the other door and did maintenance on both doors. My husband arrived while Eric was replacing the broken spring and asked if he could look at the work trailers' doors. He repaired and did maintenance on them as well. His pricing was reasonable, he was honest and didn't pressure me to change the other garage door spring because that door doesn't get used as much. I appreciated that! His biz is Veteran owned and he gave my husband a veterans discount too! We will use him for gate work at another location and garage door replacement there in the future. Very personable and accomplished a lot while he was here. We are happy customers

Google5Eric was very prompt on returning my call in regards to getting an estimate. He was able to schedule me quickly. He is very friendly and personable as well as professional. He is upfront and straightforward but willing to work with you. Quote was quite reasonable and goes out of his way to do the little things that may be overlooked by other professionals without charge. After estimate, it was easy to schedule to get the work done and quickly. I gladly would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Google5I worked with Eric from Door Nation. For over a month, our garage door was not working. Within a day of contacting Eric, even during the holidays, he had set up an appointment time for the next day, and within the week, set up our garage door. Not only that, but he also walked me through exactly how to look at basic warning signs for the system, and what maintenance can be done on the door to improve the upkeep. Everything about the process was clear and transparent. Home maintenance issues in general can be a major stressor, but Eric did a fantastic job at ensuring I had no stress at all through the process. Thank you for your help!

Google5I very much appreciate the professionalism and promptness of Eric Dunn (Doornation). I spoke with him just after 8am and he stated rates and a window of time of arrival (between 10 - 12); I received a text at 10am saying he would arrive in a few minutes. He assessed the situation and got right to work to fix it, and provided further details/instructions how to lube properly to keep door opening smooth and quiet. I highly recommend this gentleman to anyone who has garage door needs.
